I have copied all meeting attendees on this email which is a large distribution group. It would be helpful if each organization would appoint one or two primary contacts for this project. I will continue to copy all participants

oh all email but I will need to know who to contact with technical and procedural questions.

As you may remember we asked each organization to submit test photos by 5/21 to be evaluated for possible

:mport into the facial recognition system. I will contact you shortly with information on the process for submitting these photos. Please keep me informed about your progress in obtaining the test photos.

Organizations deemed to have usable photos to be converted will need.to submit demographic data for each

photo submitted during the "real" import process. Attached is a document describing the data to be

submitted.
