MILO in2CRICKET Getting Started Guide

The following guide gives an overview of how to set up your MILO in2CRICKET program online and how to carry out the key program tasks through the MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management section on MyCricket.

Accessing the MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management Section

1. To access the MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management Section, you must first log into MyCricket, via

http://mycricketadmin.cricket.com.au/

If your club/centre is already registered with MyCricket and you do not have any login details,

simply ask your club’s Principal User to create you as a new user, and provide you with a Login ID.

Alternatively, if your club isn’t currently on MyCricket, nor are you registered with the relevant

State Association, please contact Cricket Australia’s Helpdesk via email

[email protected], or on 1800 274 25 38, and they will be able to provide you further

assistance.

2. Once logged in, check your tabs on the top right of the page, and make sure you are operating under the

‘Administration’ tab.

3. Along the top grey menu bar, under organisation, you will see a drop-down list where the MILO in2CRICKET

Centre Management will then appear.

Figure 2 illustrates what a typical MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management will first look like.

Once a MILO in2CRICKET program has been set up, the other seven boxes that are currently non-selectable, will

turn green and be active.

Setting up a MILO in2CRICKET Program

In the MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management page, click on ‘Program Setup’, where you will then be asked to enter

all your program details.

Section 1: Contact Information

Contact Details: Fill out the details for the most appropriate person to contact with regards to MILO in2CRICKET. This

would normally be the MILO in2CRICKET coordinator of the program, or someone doing the administration work for

the program.

Program Details: Enter the location and ground of your MILO in2CRICKET program. Then provide a brief description

of what your program is or will be.

If lost for ideas in describing the program, below is a generic description for clubs to utilise as they please: “The MILO in2CRICKET program aims to develop skills and an enthusiasm for the game for 5-8 year olds. It has been running for

over 20 years and is a brilliant program for young boys and girls that introduces fundamental cricket skills.”

Registration Day: This section is not mandatory. It is more just a tool for clubs who are wishing to hold registration

days. Simply enter the date, time and location of your registration day, and this will then appear on the PlayCricket

website.

Using the MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management

In Section 2, once you’ve clicked ‘Add your Program’, a pop up screen will then allow you to add the finer details of

the program, such as dates, times and price.

Once finished, click the green update button. This will then bring you back to your original page.

IMPORTANT: It is imperative that you accept the conditions listed at the bottom and click save. Failure to do

these last steps will result in the program not appearing on playcricket.com.au.

After initial set up of your MILO in2CRICKET program, please do review/add your clubs bank details.

Note that after completion of set up, your MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management will now give you access to all

components of the program (Meaning, all the centre management boxes will have turned green and be clickable).

Other Functions of the MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management

Program Setup: As detailed early in this document

Important Program Information: A short document going through aspect such as accreditation, Working With

Children Checks, Incident Reports, Safety Tips and other things. Please do go through this document.

Accreditation Couse: Will bring you to Cricket Australia’s coaching accreditation site, where you will be able to attain

a MILO in2CRICKET Coordinator accreditation for free.

Order Coordinator/Participant Packs: This links to the OMS, which is where all ordering takes place. More

information about pack ordering will be detailed later in this document.

Review Bank Details: Here you can enter and review the club’s bank details.

View Participants: In this section, you can view the details of all the participants that have registered for your MILO

in2CRICKET program. (Information includes, participant name, contact details, Allergy information, among other

things.

Email Participants: This tool allows club admins and MILO in2CRICKET coordinators to email present and past

participants, whether this be in relation to the current program, or to promote an upcoming program.

Marketing Material: This section links to a webpage where you will be able to download flyers and posters to

promote your MILO in2CRICKET program.

Club Bank Details

Submitting or Reviewing Bank Details

It’s important for all clubs to enter bank details regardless of to if the club is going to be receiving any funds for

MILO in2CRICKET.

Most clubs will already have bank details entered, however, it is worth reviewing to if these details are still correct.

To view the current status of your club’s bank details, click on the Review Bank Details Box. It will bring up the

following screen:

Clubs that have had previously entered details will be able to see the nominated account and check that the BSB and Account Numbers are still relevant. If no details have been entered, or are incorrect, simply fill out the relevant details in the spaces available and click ‘Update Account’. Note: To be able to Update Account details, Payment Terms and Conditions must be read and agreed to.

Once you have completed the set-up of your MILO in2CRICKET program, it is then time to order your Free MILO in2CRICKET Coordinator Pack. Note: You are only able to order Participant Packs after a Coordinator pack has first been ordered.

Ordering your MILO in2CRICKET Coordinator Pack In the MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management Page, click on the “Order Coordinator/Participant Packs’ function, which will then result in a pop-up window for the OMS (Order Management System).

Step 1: Select ‘Order Coordinator Pack’

Step 2: Click ‘Add to Cart’ for the MILO in2CRICKET coordinator Pack. Please note quantity here cannot be

changed, it will remain as 1.

Step 3: After the pack has been added to cart, the Polo shirt option will then be active, allowing you to select

your shirt size. Please note that you are entitled to two shirts, and they both do not have to be the same size.

Once you’ve selected your shirt size, make sure to click ‘Add to Cart’.

Note: Coordinator Polos are automatically assigned to the relevant BBL team in your region.

Meaning, if you are a club based in Tasmania, you are automatically assigned a Hurricanes Polo.

Step 4: In addition to the Coordinator Pack, if you wanting flyers for your club, simply enter the quantity and

add to cart.

NOTE: The free A4 flyers are in packs of 50! As such, if you were after a 100, the quantity should just be 2 and

not 100.

Step 5: Once you have all the items you want, you will see a ‘View Cart’ button in the right hand corner. It

will drop down with your items in it. Check that these are correct, and if so, proceed to the check out by

selecting ‘View Cart’

Step 6: Again, after checking that all items and quantities are correct, click Checkout on the bottom right.

Step 7: This will take you through to a page where you will then need to fill out all your Delivery details.

* Along the bottom, there is an option to select to if you wish to have your order left at your premise. Please read

carefully, and select according to preference.

Step 8: Click Continue. Your MILO in2CRICKET Coordinator Pack has now been finalised and ordered!

A confirmation screen with the order number will also appear - Please note this down for future reference.

Ordering MILO in2CRICKET Participant Packs

Once you have completed the order of your MILO in2CRICKET Coordinator Pack, you are now able to order your

MILO in2CRICKET Participant Packs.

Step 1: Click ‘Order Coordinator/Participant Pack’ on the MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management page. This will

then bring up on the OMS. On this page, click ‘Order MILO in2CRICKET Packs’.

Step 2: Along this page, you will be able to see along the top the amount of registrations you have received, and

how many packs have been ordered. The page will show the numbers for both the MILO in2CRICKET and MILO

T20 Blast programs. If you are not running a MILO T20 Blast program, please simply disregard that section.

Step 3: Scroll down the page to see the list of participants which have registered, along with their pack details

Step 4: Participants who haven’t had their pack ordered will have a tick box next to their name. Simply tick the

boxes for the participant you were wishing to order for. Alternatively, if you tick the box along the top, if you

automatically tick all the available boxes for you.

Step 5: Click ‘Process Selected in2CRICKET’, and this will then bring up your shopping cart. Check the items in the

cart are correct and click ‘Checkout’.

Step 6: Your delivery details will be pre-populated with the last used address your club inputted. As such, please

do review the details just in case they have been edited for a different order prior.

Please do ensure you read the option of ‘Leaving at the door’ and select as appropriate.

Step 7: Click continue and a confirmation page will appear, along with the order number for your packs.

Deliveries should arrive within 7-10 working days.
