Online Account Access

Your online account is how you’ll keep track of your balance, access your statements, review flight activity, and price your next flight.

To register for online account access, please email [email protected] with the following information:

Company code: (specified in welcome email)

Company location code: ALL

Company employee ID: (traveler’s AAdvantage number – specified in welcome email)

First name:

Last name:

Birthday: (mm-dd)

4-digit PIN: (same as company code – specified in welcome email)

Business email address: (cannot exceed 30 characters)

Phone number:

If you don’t know this information, need help or have questions, please call us at (800) 433-6355 (option 1). We can help get you registered and ready to go.

Once your account is set up, we’ll provide your login credentials so that you can access your account online.

Logging into your Online Account

To login, go to airpass.com and click on LOG IN/JOIN in the upper right. Use the username and password you received from customer service.

Customer Summary

The initial screen provides the basic company profile data like address, contacts, and the most recent contracts.

Contracts

Click on the Contracts tab to find your current contract. From there, click View.

Contract Summary

Your Contract Summary screen has all of your contract details available in one place. You can navigate through each tab from here to gain access to things like flight activity, statements and reporting.

Flight Activity

You can search for flight activity several ways using post or flight date, AAdvantage number, ticket number or name.

Statements

Your statement is posted monthly and will includes the prior month’s activity (flights, account adjustments, mileage postings, etc.). Click View to see a PDF version of your statement.

Pricing Usage

The Pricing Usage tab will reflect your contracted usage rates for both domestic and international.

Balance Adjustments

This tab allows you to search for any balance adjustments to the account, by date range. You can create an excel file by clicking on Export.

Mileage Deposits

This tab shows you all of the mileage deposits made to the account. You can also request additional funds by clicking on the Request Supplemental Amount Purchase link.

Cardholders

You’ll be able to pull a full list of cardholders or narrow down your search by AAdvantage number, or name. You have the ability to edit, activate and deactivate cardholders here. You can also export your cardholder list to excel for offline review.

Price a Flight

Choose your flight date, enter your coupon departure and arrival codes along with a class of service. Click Add.

Continue adding your one-way coupons until complete.

Defining Class of Service Terms

1. First Class 2-cabin Domestic means First class on a 2-cabin aircraft (i.e. DFW-ORD)

2. First Class 3-cabin Domestic means Flagship® First on a 3-cabin aircraft (i.e. JFK-LAX) or on a4-cabin aircraft (i.e. DFW-GRU)

3. First Class International means Flagship® First on a 3 or 4-cabin aircraft (i.e. DFW-GRU)

4. Business is the same as 2-cabin F Class domestically, Flagship® Business transcontinental orFlagship® Business internationally

5. Premium Coach is Premium Economy and is only available in select markets.

6. Advance Purchase is the equivalent to the AirPass PlanAhead on aa.com and is subject to changefees

You will see your segment(s) here. Click Price.

Your base AirPass fare* be displayed here.

* This fare is an estimate and does not include any applicable travel taxes, fees, and surcharges including (but not limited to) U.S. excise tax, PFC’s,segment taxes, immigration & customs fees, etc.

Reports

This tab allows you to pull all flight activity by within a date range*, or narrow down by AAdvantage number, name or ticket number. A link to the report will be emailed to the address provided within minutes, you can then create an Excel file by clicking Export.

* 90 day limit on the date range

A copy of your signed contract will be here to view whenever you need it.
