Quality assurance

Quality assurance is delivered in the course of tests and inspections carried out at the supplier’s premises before, during and after the produc-tion and/or repair process.

We can test powered supports, winning machines, roadhead-ing equipment and conveyor systems.

Materials testing

Materials tests are carried out in our own accredited labora-tory.

The test procedure comprises pre-test briefing and consul-tation, the actual material sampling process, various accredited and normative test-ing methods and subsequent documentation and report preparation.

The scope of the inspections includes support legs, gear-boxes, structural steel parts, conveyor belts and many other components.
