El programa de Achieve se ha comprometido a servir estudiantes de bajos-ingresos de las Escuelas Publicas de Boston. Por lo cual, cada familia debe incluir comprobante de ingresos para que su aplicación pueda ser considerada. Toda información será mantenida confidencial. Las familias indocumentadas son bienvenidas a aplicar.

Padres/Guardianes deben de enviar los siguientes documentos de impuestos para verificación de ingresos:
