Mario Ahlberg

Overview

Achieving more ...together

In late 2004, Mario ahlberg established his limited company and at the start of 2005 took over a precision manufacturer of metal components – berlin-based banholzer Metallwarenfabrikation. he subsequently acqui-red a majority shareholding in toolmaker DaWeba in 2009, Gampe und Mosner – a specialist in the construc-tion of jigs, fixtures and prototypes – in 2012 and Werner Scholz Gmbh in 2013 – all in company succession arrangements. Four companies that perfectly complement each other were successfully merged and are now able to offer customers convincing all-in solutions.

In the summer of 2015, all four companies came together to share a common home in berlin’s adlershof technology park. New premises covering 17,700 m² saw the creation of modern production facilities covering 8,300 m² and office spaces covering 900 m². this step has created the ideal conditions for meeting tomorrow’s challenges.

Mario ahlberg: “this integrated expertise gives us a huge competitive advantage. We fulfil our contracts to the complete satisfaction of our customers and faster than the competitors. this is clearly demonstrated by our two-figure growth rates that our company is achieving annually.”

experience high-tech in your car, household appli-ances or medical technology! the inside workings of products that make life easier and keep us healthy are mostly very complex, with all the individual com-ponents coordinated a high degree of precision.

to ensure its proper functioning, complex technolo-gy is dependent on precision-manufactured metal components – and these are what we, at ahlberg Metalltechnik Group, produce by stamping, dra-wing, turning and milling.

ensuring mobility ...together

the automotive industry is characterized by reliable cooperation and re-liable partnerships. these factors govern everyday operations at ahlberg Metalltechnik. the group of companies supplies metal parts – including complicated brackets, flat flanges, complex covers, asymmetrical drawn components and embossed pipe connection pieces – on time and in top quality.

precision and time management

Suppliers are a defining part of the automotive in-dustry. Without them, there would be no assembled vehicles. the precision drawn, stamped and folded parts supplied by ahlberg Metalltechnik guarantee safety and maximum driving pleasure. everything has to be absolutely first rate, because these metal parts are installed in components that keep things operating in motor vehicles: the engine, the gear-box, the battery, the pump, the brakes, …

together ...for energy and growth

the electrical industry is an extremely varied and future-facing industry. Without this branch of the economy, no wind turbine would turn and solar power would not be converted into electricity. to be able to do this, the industry needs such diverse and efficient items as switchgear, batteries and heavy-current capacitors. the components, jigs and fixtures supplied by ahlberg Metalltechnik Group are indispensable for this.

Special products, particularly for the electrical industry, require individual production equipment, such as hydraulic clamping devices, complex as-sembly equipment and high-precision test instruments. this area lies in the core competence of jig and fixture maker Gampe & Mosner.

together ...for an easier life

Whatever the product – surgical implant, power cell or washing machi-ne – they all have one thing in common: before going into series pro-duction, samples, components, prototypes, short-run production parts and tools have to be manufactured. this is where ahlberg Metalltechnik, DaWeba, Gampe & Mosner and Werner Scholz come in.our expertise benefits our customers in industries such as the medical equipment and domestic appliances industries, as well as rail vehicle and plant engineering. We provide you with expert, targeted, comprehensive advice about the multi-faceted production possibilities.

Celebrating success ...together

ahlberg Metalltechnik is an owner-managed compa-ny. this shapes the culture in all four member com-panies of the Group. every new customer order is a challenge that is faced jointly by all employees – all working flexible hours and on permanent employ-ment contracts. also a flat organization with decen-tralized decision levels is part of a modern corporate structure for Mario ahlberg, in order to promote res-ponsibility and creative teamwork.

the success of the company is possible only by the performance of many. a satisfied team strengthens the future of ahlberg Metalltechnik: pursuing joint aims, being there for one another, feeling acknow-ledgement for each individual’s own performance.

“I’m delighted to see how new things emerge and the company grows. To-gether with my wonderful workmates, I also make my contribution.”Brigitte Gerhold

“Continually bringing new ideas to the manufacturing process gives me a huge amount of pleasure.”Şaban Aksit

“In the single-item production depart-ment, I am challenged by new designs every day. This constant variation is perfect for me.”Thomas Teske

“The customers expect precisely func-tioning tools. The design team’s great experience is the most valuable asset we have to offer, and is the foundation of every tool design.” Norman Jungnickel

Grinding Welding

Designing Stamping

Milling Eroding

With a focus on schedules, flexible working time of all employees and the be-nefit of the four perfectly complementing companies, we are able to complete contracts with unique speed. this gives customers reliability of timetabling, enabling short-term planning – all at top quality and competitive prices.

speed

the synergy effects enabled by the four different companies provide us with integrated expertise and enable us to offer customers convincing all-in solu-tions. Demanding contracts can be developed and produced in a cooperative effort, taking in several production areas.

synergy effects

the group of companies is firmly anchored in berlin, where our entire produc-tion operates and where we sponsor local clubs. a large number of young qua-lified workers are attracted by the lure of the capital city, berlin. this enables us to attract highly motivated skilled workers for challenging positions.

Anchoring in the local community and social commitment

a wide product range and the corresponding wide range of industries in our customer segment are enabled by structured working and perfectly coordina-ted process flows. every individual in the company is required to contribute to this. every single day, we jointly work for the success of the company and our customers. this is also reflected in the pleasant working environment and a sales-related pay component.
