BSN Medical Inc., an Essity company, always aims to offer our customers the best possible products at a great value. Therefore, I am pleased to announce the upcoming launch of a new line of medical braces and supports under our redesigned Actimove® brand, a fresh brand with the same trusted products you expect.

Addressing the individual needs of your varied customers, we have developed five new ranges of high quality orthopedic products designed for functionality, comfort, and help to relieve pain, with special features such as COOLMAX® AIR*: • Sports Edition • Everyday Supports • Arthritis Care • Kids • Professional Line

The initial launch is targeted for September 16th, 2019 and 46 new products will be available.Please note that a select group of FLA Orthopedics® products will be transitioning to the Actimove® brand in the next few months. Enclosed you will find a list of FLA products that will be discontinued and their substitutes, along with the pricing of the new line.

We are extremely excited to introduce this line to our customers and we will work together with you to support the transition. We are confident that our new assortment, redesigned packaging, and point of sale tools will help promote product choice and maximize inventory efficiency.

WARRANTY:All BSN Medical Inc. products are warranted to be free of material or workmanship defects. Any defectivemerchandise will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of BSN Medical Inc. There are no other implied or expressed warranties, including the fitness of the product for certain medical conditions.JOBST® and FLA Orthopedics® Total Satisfaction Guarantee (TSG) allows for the exchange of an equalvalued product.

TERMS:Net 30 days.

FREIGHT TERMS:FOB origin on all orders. Freight fees will be waived for orders over $399 within the United States over carriers of our choice. Special handling may incur additional charges.

DELIVERY CLAIMS:All claims must be received within 30 days of shipment. All requests for proof of delivery must be received within 30 days of shipment.

INVOICE CLAIMS:All claims for credit must be received within 90 days of invoice.

DROP SHIPMENTS:• A standard flat-rate fee of $5.99 will be applied

to all ground drop shipments entered directly into the BSN Medical Inc. e-Shop at www.bsneshop.us or transmitted by EDI. Additional fees will be incurred for air and other expedited freight requests.

• Drop shipment requests received via Phone, Fax, Mail, Email or other means will be charged the standard shipping rates in addition to a $2.00 processing surcharge for each order.

• BSN Dealer must provide the customer name and parcel carrier deliverable physical street address to which the order is to be delivered. P.O. boxes are not acceptable.

• All drop shipments must be to locations within the United States. Export or international drop

shipments are not permissible.• ll fees plus any applicable surcharges for drop

shipment deliveries will be pre-paid and added to the invoices.

• Any Requests for returns must be processed through and received from the BSN Dealer and are governed by the BSN Medical Inc. Returned Goods Policy.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY:• All products returned must have a return

authorization number.• The return authorization number is valid for 30

days.• No credit will be issued for obsolete or otherwise

non-saleable merchandise.• Items showing visible signs of wear are non-

returnable and non-refundable.• All products are non-returnable and non-

refundable after 120 days from date of purchase. Please discuss with your sales representative if you have any questions.

• Partial cases will not be accepted for return.

The following information is required to obtain a return authorization from BSN Medical customer service:
