23,000 sq. ft. health and wellness community center with member-ship available for age 55 and older

Exercise Room featuring Precor Cardio Equipment , Seated and Standing Ellipticals, NuStep, Ergometers, Hoist ROC-IT Weight Machines and more

25-yard, six lane, heated indoor salt water, handicap accessible pool with aquatic classes and swim lessons

Aerobic studio for group exercise classes including Yoga and Tai Chi designed to improve balance and strength

Male and Female locker rooms and assisted changing room with direct access to the pool

Exercise Physiologist helps mem-bers to improve strength, assist continuum of care and support medical fitness goals

Game Room with pool table

Services for Members & Open to the Public

Lotus Spa: Full Service Spa using organic products and offering hair salon, manicures, pedicures, skin care and therapeutic massages

As a medically integrated health and fitness center, we are defining the future of professionally administered programs and services to a senior population, and are improving outcomes for members with chronic diseases and multiple risk factors. These services we offer are exception-al and unique. The Community Center at Christwood provides programming for continuum of care, fulfills the mission of medical providers, and helps seniors enjoy the best health possible.
