It has been such an absolute pleasure teaching your child this year. I have enjoyed watching them grow and change. Being a part of this change will always hold a special place in my heart. I hope each of you have a fantastic summer filled with love, family

ELA: This week we will sit around the fire reading stories. We will also review many of the skills we have learned this year through camp activities including nouns, verbs, adjectives, compound words, contractions, pronouns and so much more.

Writing: We will focus on daily journal writing. Students will write about our daily camp activities and create camp-themed poetry.

Math: Students will review a variety of 2nd grade skills daily through fun camp-themed activities and centers.

Science: This week students will explore the Great Outdoors. Some activities will include a nature walk, scavenger hunts, bird watching, and using our 5 senses to explore the camp grounds.
