are on there are common sense principles that are being ignored, overlooked
and in many instances, blatantly disregarded. WAKE UP AMERICA is on a
mission to right the wrongs and put this wonderful country back on track.
There are millions of Americans that agree, that we need to get this country
back on track... however, they don’t have the time or can’t afford to truly

costs to travel to rallies and events, and it costs to run ads and to educate

fund the media actions we will take, but systemically compensate members
for the activities they are taking locally.
This document outlines the compensation system, showing you how you can
fund yourself, support others and help us keep the “boots on the ground” so
we can get this country back on track and moving in the right direction.
Retail Sales Commissions Paid Weekly1.
Retail commissions are earned through the sale of Media-ActionPaks to consumers (Not to WAKERS on their own purchases). There are no qualification requirements for a WAKE UP AMERICA WAKER to earn a Retail Sales Commission.
A WUA WAKER earns 5% commission on the first 80 PV (Personal Volume) and 70% on all PV over 80.

Retail Sales Commission payout examples:
WAKER #101 Receives 30 PV on his/her own purchases, and personally sells Media-ActionPaks to others and receives 50 PV for a total of 80 PV. A commission of 5% is paid on the 50 PV of retail sales for a total of $2.50.
WAKER #101 Continues to sell Media-ActionPaks, increasing their totalPersonal Volume (PV) to 120. They will earn 70% of the PV between 81 PV and 120 PV, or $27.30, for a total Retail Commission of $29.80.
There are no limits on the amount of PV a WAKER can earn.

To earn on the Unilevel Bonus, a WAKER must meet the following requirements in the Qualification Period:
Must be a Paid As Qualified WAKER or higher
A WAKER is paid a percentage of the total CV on up to 5 compressed levels in his or her downline in the Placement Tree. Dynamic Compression will be enabled for this Bonus. Compression will occur for WAKERS who are ineligible or unqualified. If an upline WAKER is qualified, he/she will earn commission on the adjusted Placement Tree.

Free Member Bonus Pool (Weekly)
To earn on the Free Member Bonus Pool aWAKER must meet the following requirements in the Qualification Period:
Must be a Paid As WAKER or higher
The Free Member Bonus Pool pays 2% of the total CV from the month prior to the month in which the current Commission Period end date falls, and pays of that amount each week. A WAKER earns 1 share for every three personally sponsored Free Members who enroll in a particular week in the Commission Period. A WAKER can earn a maximum of 6 shares per Commission Period.
Rising Star Bonus Pool (Weekly)
To earn on the Rising Star Bonus Pool aWAKER must meet the following requirements:
Must be Rising Star Qualified (see definitions)Must have at least 500 GV in the Qualification Period
The Rising Star Bonus Pool pays 6% of the total CV from the month prior to the month in which the current Commission Period end date falls, and pays
of that each week. WAKERS who are Rising Star Qualified and who have at least 500 GV will earn 1 share. There are also two additional ways to earn shares in the pool: Personally Sponsored WAKERS and PersonallySponsored Customers. For every 2 WAKERS enrolled in any week earn 1 share, and for every 2 Customers enrolled in any week earn 1 share. Max of 20 shares in any new commission period.

2 Star & Up Bonus Pool (Monthly)
To earn on the 2 Star & 3 Star Bonus Pools a WAKER must meet the following requirements in the Qualification Period:
Must be a Paid As 2 Star or higher, or 3 Star or higher.
Each period, 2% of the total CV (from the current period) in the company will be allocated to the 2 Star Bonus Pool and 2% will be allocated to the 3 Star Bonus Pool. A WAKER earns a share in the 2 Star Bonus Pool and the 3 Star Bonus Pool based upon his or her Paid As Rank.
3 Star & Up Bonus Pool (Monthly)
To earn on the 4 Star to 7 Star Bonus Pools a WAKER must meet the following requirements in the Qualification Period:
Must be a Paid As 4 Star or higher for the 4 Star Pool, 5 Star or higher for the 5 Star Pool, 6 Star or higher for the 6 Star Pool, and 7 Star or higher for the 7 Star Pool
Each period, 1% of the total CV (from the current period) in the company will be allocated to each Bonus Pool. A WAKER earns a share in each Pool based upon his or her Paid As Rank.
