The Leadership Development Bonus is based on helping your
introduced distributors in being successful achievers below you , the
bonus achievable under this plan once achieved are received lifelong
according to your business contribution , the bonuses are as follows:- All
the said bonuses – Tour Fund , Travelling Fund , Car Fund , House Fund &
Yearly Bonus are all calculated on weekly basis of Company Business
Volume turnover and are put in a pool according to the percentage
defined and then it is distributed to all the eligible executives according
to their Business Volume contribution in the Company Business Volume
Turnover. All the executives are eligible to get LDB after two weeks
maintenance consecutively. Only Crown Executives have to maintain
for any 12 weeks out off 52 weeks.

achieving executives according to their business contribution. If you maintain Silver Executive rank for a period of 2 weeks
consecutively , from the 3rd week onwards you get Tour Fund. This Fund is not released with the weekly payout but is
accumulated and can be redeemed in any of the domestic or international tour planned by the company.
TRAVELLING FUND : Amaltas has fixed 2% of weekly Company Business Volume turnover for Travel Fund and it is distributed to all
achieving executives according to their business contribution. If you maintain Gold Executive rank for a period of 2 weeks
consecutively , from the 3rd week onwards you get Travel Fund. This bonus is added to the weekly incentive and is released with
the payout.
CAR FUND : Amaltas has fixed 2% of weekly Company Business Volume turnover for Car Fund and it is distributed to all achieving
executives according to their business contribution. If you maintain Pearl Executive rank for a period of 2 weeks consecutively ,
from the 3rd week onwards you get Car Fund. This bonus is added to the weekly incentive and is released with the payout.
HOUSE FUND : Amaltas has fixed 2% of weekly Company Business Volume turnover for House Fund and it is distributed to all
achieving executives according to their business contribution. If you maintain Diamond Executive rank for a period of 2 weeks
consecutively , from the 3rd week onwards you get House Fund. This bonus is added to the weekly incentive and is released
with the payout.
YEARLY BONUS : Yearly Bonus- This special bonus is calculated on annual basis for which Amaltas has fixed 2% of yearly
Company Business Volume turnover and it is distributed among all Crown Executives according to their business contribution .
Crown executive has to maintained 2 weeks consecutively and any 12 weeks out of 52 weeks. This bonus will be paid to the
achiever's nominee who have always sacrificed and supported our distributors incessantly for their personal as well as
company's growth.(Calculation for Yearly Bonus on the basis of every financial year)
TERMS & CONDITION
❑ Payouts of all benefits will be calculated on the basis of Business
Volume.
❑ Direct sales (One each in both side) are compulsory for any bonus.
❑ KYC documents are must for payout.
❑ Only one ID will be acceptable with one pan card & one mobile
number.
❑ Product delivery/replacement through Shoppe only.
❑ Closing on every Thursday night up to 12am & payout on up to
Tuesday by NEFT only.
❑ TDS deduction as per income tax guidelines.
❑ 5% deduction from all your pay outs for vocational education.
