Ad Hoc Building Committee Meeting

Thursday, February 15, 2018, 2:00 PM

Shawano County Courthouse, Room 7

Members Present: Conradt, Bolin, Erdmann, Ferfecki, Kautza, and Tober

Members Absent:

Others Present: Steve Dreher, Brent Miller, Bill Devine, Tony Kordus, Nitta Charnon,

and Rick Kane 1 Call meeting to order. Meeting called to order by Chairman Bolin at 2:00 pm. 2 Public comment - limited to 10 minutes. None 3 Approval of minutes from previous meeting. Motion by Kautza, seconded by Conradt to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. All

yes. Motion carried. 4 Motion to deviate from the order of the agenda, if necessary . Motion by Ferfecki, seconded by Erdmann to deviate from the posted agenda if necessary. All

yes. Motion carried. 5 Discussion and possible action on revised floor plans. Bill Devine presented a quick video of another project by Devine Inc. so the committee could get an idea of how the project progresses. The committee reviewed the conceptual floor plan for the

showroom building. Motion by Conradt, seconded by Ferfecki to approve the conceptual plan for

the showroom building. All yes. Motion carried.

Committee reviewed a conceptual design for the can crusher area. Motion by Kautza, seconded

by Tober to approve the conceptual floor plan of the can crusher area. All yes. Motion carried.

Committee reviewed a conceptual design for the woodworking building. Motion by Erdmann, seconded by Ferfecki to approve the conceptual design of the woodworking building. All yes.

Motion carried.

The committee reviewed a conceptual site plan. Consensus of the committee to move forward

with the site planning. 6 New business that is requested for future committee consideration. New building concepts. Bidding process, no bids will be let for the project until plans receive

state approval. Site approval from the Town of Wescott.
