The Constitution Pavilion& Grand Foyer

The Constitution Pavilion is our Grand Ballroom,traditionally furnished and decorated. You will enter through

our Grand Foyer which provides a perfect place to host apre-reception cocktail party or to begin a receiving line.

It is also an elegant place for guests’ table placards.The Pavilion will seat up to 150 comfortably with a

dance floor and room for your band. The house requiresa minimum of 100 persons in this venue.

The Constitution Pavilion Venue Rental $500

The Quincy & The Hancock RoomsThe Constitutional Pavilion can be divided for smaller

events. Once broken down into The Quincy Roomand The Hancock Room, each will seat up to 70

comfortably with space for entertainment and dancing.The house requires a minimum of

50 persons in these rooms.

The Quincy or The Hancock Room Venue Rental $250

The River RoomWith expansive views of The Neponset River, this cozy

space opens directly to an outer porch where yourguests can catch a bit of fresh air or cool down

from dancing. The scenic views are beautiful day ornight and the breathtaking sunsets provide an

exceptional backdrop for the perfect wedding photograph.The River Room seats 40 comfortably

with room for a DJ, dancing and an in-room bar.The house requires a minimum of 35 persons for this venue.

The Adams Inn GazeboThe Adams Inn Gazebo is easily our most impressive

venue and arguably the most impressive on the South Shore.The Gazebo gives you the unique ability to have your

wedding, literally, on the water. This one of a kind structure andits entrance pier will provide you with the most excitingwedding experience. Beautiful as it stands or dressed up

with flowing shears, elegant up-lighting or hangingChinese lanterns, the options are endless. The Gazebo

has its own bar, and the entrance pier provides the perfectplace for a pre-cocktail reception and incredible

wedding photograph opportunities.The Adams Inn Gazebo will seat up to 70 comfortably

with room for entertainment and dancing.The house requires a minimum of 50 persons for this venue.

(The entrance pier may also be set to stretch yourmaximum, but it is not under cover.)

Adams Inn Gazebo Venue Rental $1,200

The Adams TentThe Adams Tent is our Riverside Tented Venue and

our largest. With seating for up to 200, The Adams Tentis serviced by its own outside kitchen and bar. This gorgeous

outside venue has views of the Adams Inn Gazeboand the Neponset River where you will experience the

most incredible sunsets. The Adams Tent will seatup to 200 comfortably.

The house requires a minimum of 100 persons for this venue.

The LandingCombine The Adams Tent with The Gazebo and you

have what we call the Landing. Now your optionsare endless. This combined venue is a custom package
