This addendum shall be considered part of the bid documents for the above mentioned project as though it had been issued at the same time and shall be incorporated integrally therewith. Where provisions of the following supplementary data differ from those of the original bid documents, this Addendum shall govern and take precedence. B. Bidders are hereby notified that they shall make any necessary adjustments in their estimates as a result of this Addendum. It will be construed that each bidder’s proposal is submitted with full knowledge of all modifications and supplemental data specified herein. DEMO <E> AIR COMPRESSOR, COPPER TUBING AND PANELS." B. DRAWING ME-1.1 - MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL EVC PE BUILDING ENLARGED PLAN 1. REVISE Detail 2 to show the expanded scope of work with regards to demolishing the abandoned air compressor, air dryer and control panels. 2. ADD following Note to the Mechanical Reference Sheet Notes - Demo: "3. DEMO <E> AIR COMPRESSOR, ASSOCIATED DRYER/FILTER, CONTROL PANELS AND TUBING BACK TO SOURCE. SEE DETAILS 9 & 10/ME-5.1." 3. ADD following Note to the Mechanical Reference Sheet Notes - Demo: "4. CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE PORTION OF <E> RAILING, AS REQUIRED, TO FACILITATE INSTALLATION OF BOILER. ADDENDUM NUMBER 01 TO THE BID DOCUMENTS

To all general contract bidders of record on the Bid Proposal:

Addendum Date: October 7, 2016

A. This addendum shall be considered part of the bid documents for the above mentioned project as though it had been issued at the same time and shall be incorporated integrally therewith. B. DRAWING ME-1.1 - MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL EVC PE BUILDING ENLARGED PLAN1. REVISE Detail 2 to show the expanded scope of work with regards to demolishing the

abandoned air compressor, air dryer and control panels.2. ADD following Note to the Mechanical Reference Sheet Notes - Demo: "3. DEMO <E>
