Adding Your Meta Tags Using Front Page August 2003

Suggestion: Write all your meta tags before you’re ready to add them.

1. Open your page in Front Page.

2. To add your page title, click Format-Background.

3. In the dialog box, click the General tab on the upper left corner.

4. In the title box, add your page title.

5. Click on the Custom tab.

6. Here you will add the description and keywords tags.

7. Click on the “Add” button. You will get a dialog box with fields for name and

value.

8. Type in description for the name, and copy in your description as the value. Click OK to add the meta tag.

9. Do the same for keywords.
