Additional Health Net Transition Support: Client E-mail Campaign

As part of our ongoing efforts to help ensure your Health Net clients have all the information they need to make a smooth transition to a UnitedHealthcare or Oxford plan, we are launching a targeted e-mail campaign to Health Net employers tied to their anniversary date. A series of three e-mails will be sent to current Health Net employers informing them of their renewal options and directing them to visit our custom Web site, www.HealthNet2uhc.com, for details. An e-mail will be sent 60, 45 and 30 days prior to the employer’s anniversary date. This campaign will start on 7/1/10 and will begin targeting Health Net clients with 8/1/10 (will have a collapsed schedule) and 9/1/10 anniversary dates. The e-mails are attached for your reference.

Please note that this campaign will not be sent to Health Net employers enrolled in a Health Net Life product, Healthy NY product or any individual plans. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to working with you in the transition of your Health Net clients this upcoming year.
