La statue représente l'homme que cachait le politicien, soit un père, un passionné de la nature, un philosophe spirituel ou cet homme solitaire et intellectuel que nous commémorons.
Ce projet nous montre Pierre Trudeau vêtu de son veston de daim sur les rives de la rivière Outaouais, et le long du Sentier de la capitale.
