Mapping Admin Portal• Open Internet Explorer• Click on the Tools Tab at the Top of the Page• Select Internet Options

• Click on the Local Intranet Icon• Click the Sites Button

• Click the Advanced Button

• If you do not See http://administration.uco.edu in the Websites box, type it into the Add this website to the zone box

• Click the Add Botton

• Note the Site has been Added to the Website box

• Click the Close Button

Go To http://administration/portal/

• On the Left Side of the Screen Open the Accounting File

• Click on Finance Acct Code

Searching for Codes

Using your Keyboard, Hold the Control Button and the F Key at the same Time

A Find Box will Open on the Top Left Side of the Screen

• Type a Keyword into the Find Box• Hit your Enter Key

*Note the Expense Code and Commodity Code*Read the Description to Determine if this is the Correct Code for your Needs
