• 10 days after creation check again and if it fails create a task for the owner.
• 15 days after activate a validation rule on the record to stop editing / creating child records.

• Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce to monitor data quality and completeness of records
• Implement data clean up days and use leaderboards to show which users have the highest % of completed records or highest data quality scores
