Highlights

Based on new gkm name boards in the anna university information booklets students enquiry was more, which was converted to direct admission by continuous follow up through telephone and email.

Conducted many admission campaign at local schools, MIT and Anna university. Also college staff went to Anna university and converted students for admission during Anna university counseling .

Based on database collected from school, colleges and GKM online exams, tele calling was done to motivate students to join our institution through GQ and MQ.

Passed out students were informed through emails about the PG and GME courses available in our institution for admission.

Suggestion

Nearby local schools must be targeted mainly for our admission from oct/nov month

Students with 175 cutt-off marks may be admitted without tuition fee on conditional basis for GQ and MQ.

Gkm group buses may be utilized mainly for admission promotion in years to come.

In house admission promotion campaign must be executed at institution level before oct / nov.

Efforts taken for education fees and stalls may be diverted to earlier admission campaign in schools and arts colleges for PG admission.

Parents expectation

Based on surrounding colleges fees structures, parent expected MQ Seats for GQ fees.

Hostel fees payment in at least two installments can be done Bus route to OMR, Melmaruvathur, Kelambakkam and porur By Pass. Sufficient rest room, canteens with table – chair and hand wash facility Bus fee not to be considered for students joining our institution from

residence with in one Kilometer.
