    Payment of Registration Fee

    Mode of Payment (Any of the 2 Modes)

    TS - AP ONLINE Debit Card / Credit Card/Net Banking

    1. Choose your nearest TS /AP Online centre. 1. If you choose the payment using Debit Card /

    2. Visit any of the above centers with the Credit Card/Net Banking mode, go through the

    following mandatory details like: Instruction booklet carefully and be ready with

    APPLICATION FORM FILLING FLOWCHART

    VISIT http://admissions.rgukt.ac.in/adm/ug

    On your Internet Browser (preferably Google Chrome) type the website address

    http://admissions.rgukt.ac.in/adm/ug press ENTER button and you will see the following screen

    displayed in the computer.

    Step-1: Fee Payment: Candidate can make Online Fee Payment through this option. Step-2: Know your Payment status: Candidate can check Success/Failure status of

    their Fee Payment

    Step-3: Fill Application: After Fee Payment either by Cash at TSOnline/ APOnline Center or

    by Money Transfer by Debit/Credit/Net Banking modes, Candidates should fill in the

    Application Form through this option. Step-4: Print Application Form: After submission of Application Form, Candidates can take a

    printout of the submitted Form.

  • Step 1: Fee Payment Click on the “TS IIIT RGUKT Fee Payment Form” field as shown encircled below. A new page

    will appear on the screen.

    After clicking on TS IIIT RGUKT Fee Payment Form button, the following web page will appear.

    Fill in all the details in the respective fields and Click on the encircled button “Confirm Payment”.

  • Screen below shows the Fee Receipt of the candidate through TS Online.

    Step 2: Know Your Payment Status After completion of Fee Payment, Candidates can check the Status of Payment using the Tab shown

    below.

    After clicking “Duplicate fee receipt “ you will redirect to one page which ask your Hall Ticket number to

    know your payment status.

  • Step 3: Filling Application Form

    When you click on “Apply” Button, the following screen will be displayed.

    By clicking on “Apply” button, the following login page will be displayed. Enter Application ID,10th

    Hall Ticket Number in respected fields.

  • After Submitting, the following Application Form will be displayed. Enter all the mandatory details in

    respective fields and click on Preview / Submit button.

  • After clicking on “Preview Application” button, the following screen will be displayed.Click on “Edit

    Application” for editing candidate information and “Submit & Print Application” for submitting the

    application.

  • After clicking on “Submit&PrintApplication” button, the following screen will be displayed with

    submitted details of the student. Please note the “Application ID” for fee payment process.

  • Step 4: Print Application Form

    For print copy of the submitted application form, click on “Print Application Form” button as shown in

    the screen below.
