InDesign Import- und Exportfilter – Bitte lesen

Dieses Dokument enthält grundlegende Informationen zum Importieren und Exportieren von Dateien in

verschiedene Dateiformate und aus verschiedenen Formaten.

Importieren von reinen Textdateien

Mit dem Text-Importfilter können Sie den Zeichensatz und die Wörterbuchsprache festlegen, die beim Importieren

einer Textdatei verwendet werden sollen. Dies ist sinnvoll, wenn der importierte Text Zeichensatz-spezifische

Sonderzeichen enthält. Wenn Sie den Zeichensatz, in dem diese Sonderzeichen codiert sind, nicht angeben, werden

diese Zeichen unter Umständen anderen Zeichen zugeordnet. Wenn die importierte Textdatei die BOM (Byte Order

Mark) UTF-8 oder UTF-16 verwendet, sind die Dropdown-Listen „Zeichensatz“ und „Plattform“ deaktiviert.

Exportieren von reinem Text

Mit dem Text-Exportfilter können Sie Text im Nur-Text-Format exportieren. Beim Exportieren können Sie die

Zielplattform (Macintosh oder PC) und die Zielkodierung festlegen.

Hinweis: Beim Export in das UTF-8-Format wird die Dropdown-Liste „Plattform“ deaktiviert.

Standardplattform

Durch Auswahl von „Standardplattform“ wird der Text aus Unicode in die Multibyte-Kodierung der Plattform

konvertiert. Dies ist abhängig von der auf den Text angewendeten Schrift.

Importieren von Word-, Excel- und RTF-Dateien

Mit dem Word-Importfilter können Sie Word 97-98-, Word 2000-2007-, Word X-2004 und 2008 für Mac-

Dokumente importieren.

Der Excel-Importfilter ermöglicht den Import von Excel 97-98-, 2000-2007- und Excel X-2004 und 2008 für Mac-

Dokumenten.

Mit dem RTF-Importfilter können Sie Dateien der RTF-Versionen 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.8 und RTF-J (Japanisch)

importieren. Wenn die Dateien ungewöhnliche Zeichen enthalten und diese beim Import fehlerhaft verarbeitet

werden, sollten Sie die Datei in der ursprünglichen Anwendung im Word-Format speichern und sie anschließend

erneut importieren. Mit dem RTF-Exportfilter können Sie Text in die RTF-Versionen 1.6 und RTF-J exportieren.

Vom Word-/RTF-Filter nicht unterstützte Funktionen

Die folgenden Funktionen werden nicht von den Word- und RTF-Filtern unterstützt:

• Keine Zuordnung in InDesign für mit Microsoft Word erstellte Tabellen-/Listenformate.

• Auf alle von Microsoft Word unterstützte Nummerierungsformate, die nicht von InDesign unterstützt werden,

werden InDesign-Standardnummerierungsformate angewendet.

• Importierte Listenpunkte erhalten als erstes Zeichen eines Listeneintrags einen Unicode-Wert, wobei der Rest des

Eintrags als Text behandelt wird.

• Absatzschattierungsfläche und -muster (Stil und Farbe)

• Seitenränder

• Spalten

• Kopf- und Fußzeilen

• Endnotennummerierungsformatierung (importiert als normaler Text am Ende des importierten Texts)

• Tabellenränder (Formatierung wird auf Zellebene für visuelle Übereinstimmung beibehalten)

• Word-Zeichnungen

• Verschachtelte Tabellen (z. B. eine Tabelle in einer Tabellenzelle)

• Dateischutz (kennwortgeschützte Dateien werden nicht importiert)

• Auf AutoFormen und Textfelder angewendete Hyperlinks

• Endnotenmarkierungen; diese werden aufsteigend durchnummeriert (z. B. 1, 2, 3)

• Nummerierungsabfolge mit Gliederungsnummerierung, für die die Nummerierung neu begonnen wird

Beachten Sie neben diesen nicht unterstützten Funktionen die folgenden Unterschiede bei Formatierungen und

Formaten nach dem Importieren eines Word-Dokuments:

• Dicke Rahmenlinien in Word-Dokumenten werden als dünne Rahmenlinien mit breiteren Abständen dargestellt

(da Word Rahmen mit Doppellinien eine andere Linienbreite zuordnet).

• In Word-Dokumente mit den Befehlen „Objekt einfügen“ oder „Inhalte einfügen“ eingefügte Grafiken werden

importiert, wenn das jeweilige Grafikdateiformat unterstützt wird. Die Grafiken werden an der ursprünglichen

Position im importierten Dokument angezeigt.

• Versatzwerte für Tabellenzellen unterscheiden sich beim Import in InDesign für DOCX- und DOC-Dateien.

• Wenn Aufzählungslisten mit mehreren Stufen aus Word in InDesign importiert werden, können die Listen- und

Stufenfelder nur bearbeitet werden, wenn als Listentyp Nummerierung ausgewählt wird. Beachten Sie, dass beim

Importieren die Verbindung zwischen Liste und Stufe aufgehoben wird und als erstes Zeichen eines Listeneintrags

ein InDesign-Aufzählungszeichen angewendet wird.

Vom Excel-Filter nicht unterstützte Funktionen

Die folgenden Funktionen werden nicht vom Excel-Filter unterstützt:

• Drag-und-Drop von Diagrammen aus Excel 2007 in InDesign

umbrochen importiert)
