Suitable and willing male and female candidates may Walk-In For Interviewfor engagement as Specialists in BSF Composite Hospital and GDMOs (GeneralDuty Medical Officers) in BSF hospitals on Contractual Basis as per the terms &conditions mentioned below :-

(4) Education & Professional Qalifications

(a) Specialist Doctors

(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or Secondschedule or Part 11 of the third Schedule (other than that licentiatequalifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders ofeducational qualifications included in Part 11 or the Third Scheduleshould also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section(13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

(ii) Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned Specialty asmentioned in Section- A or Section- B of Schedule-VI or equivalent.

(iii) 1 'h years' experience for post Graduate Degree holder & 2 'h yearsfor Diploma holder in the concerned specialty after obtaining thepost Graduate Degree/Diploma or equivalent.

b) GENERAL DUTY MEDICAL OFFICER:-

i) A recognised medical qualification included in the first or secondSchedule or Part-I I of the Third Schedule (other than that licentiatequalifications) to the Indian Medical Council A.ct,1956. Holders ofeducational qualifications included in Part II or the Third Schedulesshould also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-sections (3) of Section(13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship.

(5). MEDICAL EXAMINATION:- Immediately after interview on the same day,the candidates will be medically examined by a Board of Medical Officers ofComposite Hospital BSF Jodhpur. Appointment will be subject to medicalfitness.

(6) Period of contract :- Period of Contract will be five years or till the appointeeattains the age of 67 years. However initial Contractual Appointment will befor 03 years which may be extended for further 02 years on year to year basissubject to the maximum age cap of 67 years. Thereafter, the contract willlapse automatically. However, the appointment can be terminated at any timeby giving one month's notice ( on either side) without assigning any reason bypaying/refunding one month's salary.

(7) No Extension beyond the stipulated five years will be given. However, thereis no bar on contractual appointee applying afresh on completion of 05 yearstenure.

(8) Entitlement of leave :-

The leave entitlement may be governed in terms of DoP&T's OMNo.12016/3/84-Estt(L) dated 12thApril 1985, as amended from time to time.

(9) The appointee shall not have any claim or right to regular appointment to anypost under CAPFs.

(10) The appointee shall be on whole time appointment of the institution and shallnot accept any other appointment, paid or other otherwise, during the periodof contract.

(11) Other conditions of contract will be governed by the relevant rules and orderissued from time to time.
