Eaton’sAeroquipAE645hosewasdevelopedtocombinetheroutingflexibilityoflightweightrubberhosewiththefluidcompatibilityofTeflonhose.ConsistingofaconductiveconvolutedTeflontubeandNomexreinforcement,AE645hoseislightweight,flexibleandidealforapplicationsuchaselectroniccoolantlines,fuellines,etc.LightweightaluminumnippleassembliesandstainlesssteelsocketsareofferedasstandardendfittingstoensureEaton’sprovencompressioncrimpretention.

AE645hosemeetsorexceedstheperformancerequirementsofAS1227,Class2,Type1.(-10,-12and–16sizesrequireaninternalsupportcoiltomeetvacuumrequirementsofAS1227.)

Operatingtemperaturerange:-65°Fto+275°F(-54°Cto+135ºC).
