1. Aeroponic system Grow box: 1250 x 1250 x 700 mm (L x W x H external dimensions).

Frame made of GI pipe (50 x 25 x 2 mm) , class B. Grow boxes to be made

from 50 mm thick, EXTRUDED polystrene foam, density 32kg/cub m or

more, compressive strength 300-310 k Pa. Sheet size 2500 x 600X50 mm and

1250 x 600X50 mm. Polystyrene sheets to be sandwiched between steel frame

and two metal strips (2mm thickness) of width 25 mm with the help of suitable

stainless steel fasteners. Boxes will be lined (for leak proofing) from inside

by pasting with black polythene sheet (made from fresh raw material) of

thickness 200-250 micron, UV stabilized. Grow box top to be drilled with

holes of diameter 20-31 mm at specified spacing.

Solution tank: Internal specifications 50x50x60 cm (LxWxD), with 20 cm

long legs, Made of SS-304, internal sheet 0.6 mm and external 0.8 mm thick.

Insulation thickness 40 mm. With insulated cover and a drain valve at the

bottom.

Pumps: Single phase pump, at least 1200 lph delivery at 28-30 m head

(CG/kirloskar or any other good brand), 19 x19 mm, self priming.

Nozzles & fittings: Grow box to be provided with two 10 kg/sq cm PVC lines

of 19 mm diameter, fitted with misting nozzles at spacing of 50 cm. NON

METALLIC Nozzles will have discharge 30-35 lph, hollow cone pattern at

80-100 degree angle, inline cylindrical filter of 70 micron, quick fitting cap.

Glycerin filled pressure gauge, disc filter, three ball valves, float valve, foot

valve etc. as per requirements are to be installed. Return solution PVC pipe of

25 mm diameter will be provided with valve. Additional drain valve to be

provided for cleaning of grow boxes.

Plumbing: Suitable plumbing for solution delivery to grow boxes through

nozzles and return of solution to tanks.

Plant management system: Cages (see attached dig) made of square pipe &

other sections of SS-202 of size 14 mm and necessary worm gears, pipe and

bearings will be installed for lifting of plants along with styrofoam sheets to

height of 60 cm. This will cover total length of 7 meter.

Control panel - For individual pump operation a four digit timer (minute and

second settings) with necessary contactor, suitable for operating pump.

Solution chilling unit: Compressor (Danfoss/Kirloskarcopeland or equivalent) 1.0 T

capacity with SS 304 Plate heat exchanger, 0.25 hp pump and insulated plumbing.

pH controller sensor and chemical dosing pump (both units separate) with all the

accessories and fittings- ( to be installed with each grow box ) –03 nos.

Portable pH/EC/TDS/Temperature meter – 02 nos. - Having 8 pin Din Connector for probe, probe lead at least 1 m long

- LC display, pH range selection, mS/Sec range selection,
