Sunnyslope Manor is a multifamily propertythat serves seniors 62 or older, and persons withdisabilities.This includesADA requirementswithreasonableaccommodation.Residentsthatrequirein-homesupportservicessuchasDailyorAssistedLivingarewelcometoobtaintheirownlevelofcareasneeded.This community is also subsidized by HUDwithrental costbasedonhousehold income.Residentspay30%oftheiradjustedannualincomeor10%ofgrossincomeforrent,whicheverisgreater.Theunitsaccommodate no more than two people per unitandincludeelectricandwaterutilities.Applicationsareacceptedwithoutregardtorace,color,nationalorigin,religion,sex,disabilityorfamilialstatus.
