AQUATIC EXERCISE CLASSESDFELCP Water Aerobics- Deep Water $7This class is conducted in the diving well of the pool. Swimming ability is required. The class will be an hour long. There are a variety of motions which include water walking and running, abdominal and toning exercises. It is designed to burn fat and range of motion and muscle tone. DFELCP Water Aerobics- Shallow Water $7Water aerobics is easier on the joints and the water provides resistance for strength training. This class is conducted in the shallow end of the pool and swimming ability is not required. It is a low impact but has high intensity.
