The result is a symphony of flavor. Plentiful spice notes are rounded out by subtle sweetness, giving you rye in all of its glory - and then some. • Three Old World cask finishes married together. The final blend selected after 6 months of experiments: • Madeira Finish - 63% • Sauternes Finish - 30% • Port Finish - 7% • Aged at a minimum of 12 years, presented at 86 proof.
