Arizona State Board of Nursing Board Room A 1740 W Adams Street Phoenix, Arizona 85007 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public and members of the Arizona State Board of Nursing, that the Board of Nursing will hold a regular meeting open to the public at the Board’s offices, at 1740 W. Adams Street Suite #2000, Phoenix, Arizona. The Board, upon a majority vote of a quorum of the members, may, when necessary, hold an Executive Session to obtain legal advice regarding any of the agenda items, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3). The Board upon a majority vote of quorum of the members may also hold an Executive Session on agenda items II - VII to review confidential records exempt by law from public inspection, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2). Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public and members of the Arizona State Board

of Nursing, that the Board of Nursing will hold a regular meeting open to the public at the Board’s offices, at 1740 W.

Adams Street Suite #2000, Phoenix, Arizona. The Board, upon a majority vote of a quorum of the members, may,

when necessary, hold an Executive Session to obtain legal advice regarding any of the agenda items, pursuant to

A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3). The Board upon a majority vote of quorum of the members may also hold an Executive

Session on agenda items II - VII to review confidential records exempt by law from public inspection, pursuant to

A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2).

Those wishing to address the Board need not request permission in advance; however, the Board suggests that no

VIII. Call to the Public

A public body may make an open call to the public during a public meeting, subject to reasonable time, place

and manner restrictions, to allow individuals to address the public body on any issue within the jurisdiction of

the public body. The Board may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be put on a future

agenda. Members of the public body shall not discuss or take legal action on matters raised during an open

call to the public unless the matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action. A.R.S. § 38-

431.01(H).
