The "GREEN EDUCATION" AIESEC aims Turin So to get in elementary schools and kindergartens in Turin, oratories in after-school and local college students from around the world, who, speaking English and Italian at times, take the INTERACTIVE laboratories, educational but fun, focusing on respect for the environment.

Job Description

The intern will promote environmental respect and sustainability among children (5-10 years old) in primary schools and kinder gardens, through games and other interactive activities.

The aim of the project is to raise awareness about environment sustainability among children, and to educate them to be responsible for the environment around them in the future.

Painting reusable bags, using recycled materials, drawing cartoons are some of the suggested activities to involve interactively children.

Since the children have an extremely basic English it is important to understand that the language should not be the first mean of communication making the activities as much interactive as possible.

In working with children, the intern will be an educator for them therefore he/she will have to act as a model for children.

One of the most famous projects in AIESEC Brazil arrives in Italy: Gira Mundo. The project Gira Mundo was born in the local committee of AIESEC Salvador in 2010 and it is now in its third edition. From local initiative it has become a national project with five local committees that have done the initiative. Now Gira Mundo becomes an international project and it will be the local committee of AIESEC Catania to take this great challenge.

Job Description

The intern will lead workshops about these themes: Social Responsibility, Environment issues, Entrepreneurship, Human Rights, Social Problems and Multiculturalism.

The intern will work inside NGOs regarding children and adults in need and will also volunteer there. She/he will be involved in LC events and activities, such as Global village.

The intern has to be able to entertain children who suffer cancer and other illnesses. The intern has to be able to stimulate also the most introvert ones.

The intern should present the themes above described in an interactive way, preparing the presentations in advance.

The interns will be divided in teams to prepare the presentations and share ideas.

Do you want to participate in a project about: entrepreneurship, corruption, innovation and cultural understanding, youth leadership? AIESEC Palermo really retained to involve, in the same time, different stakeholders like the University of Palermo (students and professors), high schools, middle schools and common citizen to obtain a real global impact on a local reality. We hope to generate a growth in all the people involved, especially for the Greek students that will come there to develop it and our local students that will depart to open more their mind and discover new horizons.

Job Description

The intern will work with other four interns to sensibilize students of different ages about relevant topics like: CSR, legality, entrepreneurship, language teaching, cultural understanding.

The first week the intern will be trained by teachers, professors, NGOs and AIESEC about their work and to understand and know better issues, the work and local reality.

The intern will develop a business plan of a local product to position at international level. It is important to take in consideration to do it the issues below

The intern will develop and run sessions at schools about the topics below taking in consideration the age and the English level of students.

The intern will take pictures of the local reality. Every week, he/she will have a different topic and he/she will show it during an event.

He/she will organize and promote an event at University to sensibilize about issues and to show their different works . He/she will participate as public speaker and opinion leader.
