Dear AIESEC in Italy,this year the Ogip is growing like never before, we are achieving results

that in the past were never imagined, and this thanks to incredible efforts that all our plenary is commiting together. Now we have the possibility to not just grow, but jump into another dimension, reaching the global

top performers and for the first time become 1 of the 10 top entities in the world. That's why is time to evolve the MC Ogip structure, starting to

face and delete the bottlenecks that are still affecting this area. The idea of the NST functional coach was born to have a person that will fully

commit in helping the LCs that are in their borning step, ensuring that finally all the LCs will be alligned and have a clear understanding of the processes and structure of the area. Meanwhile, the NST International relations & Co-delivery will directly manage some country partners in order to change the way in which we collaborate with them and scale-up

our operations.These two people, working directly with me, will have the honors and

obligations to be the team that will evolve the Italian Ogip.

What are in your opinion the main strenght and bottleneck in the current IR strategy in oGCDP? Please, provide a SWOT analysis of it.

Italy is one the top performing entity in oGCDP in the Global Network and the second in WENA Region. For this reason, our entity is one of the most requested partner in the netwrok. How would you make sure that the focus of the LCVP will be only on the National EY partners, considered also that they are starting their term and they have a limited experience on IR?

Describe how the synergy with oGIP could be implemented from an IR point of view. Which EY partner would you select for a double experience project of co-delivery?

AI 1415 took as a stand the delivery of Exchange Standards and some implementations to make sure that the LDM is present in all the exchanges we deliver. What is your understanding of these strategies and how would you make sure that we implement global directions in our Entity? How would you cooperate with NCB?

Being part of the NCB means to take an active role in shaping the quality management of a country. JD & ROLE

The Task Force BD is a supporting team of the MC VP BD. The mission is to create a solid base of the national selling strategy to boost the performances, have a better understanding of the national Italian market and ensure a continuity in the relationship with the external

world. The ‘task force’ has the role of creating a solid base in the BD area, to shape and to address the national selling

strategy and activities. The role of the task force is to:

direct approach of the partners and in the account management.

Dear AIESEC,The aim of the project is to bring Italian contribution to the WENA Region, to boost GCDP performances in Italy and the region, allowing another Entity to increase impact and cross-cultural understanding through AIESEC exchange .It is an experience highly formative for the CEEDer, that can rise awareness in the participants of the projects about GCDP, WENA and Global Network in processes and collaboration among the Entities.
