Conclusion:We are fairly balanced with the type of studies our members have but could look more into fields other than business
Conclusion:Pretty good for Local Leadership Pipeline for 2011 and 2012, later this year we will need to recruit more younger students to sustain the pipeline for 2013 and 2014. We need to focus on building a stronger national leadership pipeline
