October was really exciting for AIESEC Croatia— we had our first na-tional conference AFM, our project World in Your Hands was launched, we had members & EP recruitment, we are preparing and promoting WLDC and Youth to Business and many, many other interesting things!

• OGX is preparing for EP recruitment just after LTS

• in pause between interviews TM is making games for assesment centre and agenda for LTS

• ICX is having fun with the interns: Pier and Veronica from Italy, Justyna from Poland and Dana from Romania.

• ER raised a printing company of our Alumni -> Tiskara Karta d.o.o.

• PR& M is working on promotion of recruitment and internships

• Info meeting I and II was held. We had 80 applicants.

• LTS and PR Impact was held. We had 23 delegates on LTS track and 16 on PR Impact. Feedback is positive!

• Official opening of Action not Reaction project was held on Faculty of Economics.

• Action not Reaction workshops in process.

• Ivan Krešić is OCP Equal in Diversity PBOX. Member s of OC are Bruno Eržić, Laura Platak, Vedrana Dokuš, Matej Norac and Petar Čučković.

• Our IGP represented AIESEC Zagreb and AIESEC Croatia on EuroCo in Romania, where he had a chance to meet 220 other Presidents of the network

• Recruitment has finished. 24 new members ready to help the organisation to conquer the Capital city.

• Una (our CEEDer) has finished her experience in Zagreb very successfully, it was a impactfull experience for her as well for AIESEC Zagreb. Thank you, Una! :)

• One new OGX match – GIP in Mexico.

• AFM done

• 30 new members recruited

• 1 new EP RA, few more in next days :)

• LTS preparation

• PBoX Future is your Playground'' started - WIYH in few days :)

• And we have new team leaders: we have 3 Coordinators - PD - Danijela Mikuličić, PR&MKTG Ivan Domljanović - Biber, TM Nikolina Lukač

• 3 OCPs FIYP - Paula Pavić, WIYH - Tanja Julka Zolnaić, OGX recruitment - Marin Čatlak

• and ICX TL Jelena Matenda

• EB and 2 OXG team members were on AFM in Split

• YEC opening ceremony was very successfull, with all the partners who are supporting the project

• YEC workshops are ongoing

• recrutiment finished successfully - we have 11 new members!

• OGX has 3 new EPs interested for GIP internship

• we had MC visit and first LC meeting with new members and our MCP

• 3 new application for TLP released - OCP Y2B, OCP February project and OCP FOI Core

• Global Village was in front of county, with interns from 5 different countries

• preprations for Y2B in Varaždin ongoing

• we were guests speakers at European Entrepreneurship week, workshop about social entrepreneurship

In the beginning of October we had our first national conference—Autumn Functional

Meeting!

Autumn Functional Meeting is a conference where the initiatives for the term are discussed and re-evaluated, IC follow-up is brought to the local level and func-

tional skills are developed.

Whole leadership body of AIESEC Croatia gathered there and had an amazing time—according to the im-pressions of delegates, faci team and OC team, it was the best national conference AIESEC Croatia had in a

long time! :)

WLDC is a national conference of AIESEC Croatia.

Purpose is to make members aware what kind of leadership AIESEC Croatia needs, to connect them

and make them feel as one.

This winter we want to discover external relevance of our organization so we can react better towards our stakeholders. Also, purpose of the conference is to develop more appreciative atmosphere and to

celebrate the results achieved.

And in the end—HAVE SOME FUN! :)

Croatia Youth to Business Forum is a project of AIESEC Croatia that has a purpose to connect companies and entrepreneurs with Croatian youth - all with the main purpose of generating new ideas and innovative solutions for our future in the business world! Youth to Business Forum is going to take place on the first day of WLDC— December 5 in Varaždin on Faculty of Organization and Informatics. For the first time we are going to have external students on our national con-ference as a party of Y2B, which is one of our first steps towards AIESEC 20125 vision and opening our organizations to the world! • Financial report to government - I wrote financial report to government for MC, Zagreb and Rijeka. I reviewed financial reports and synesis for Split, Varaždin and Osijek.

• Statut - I had meeting with Dean and Kristina regarding statute. We reviewed national statute and created local statute. We are waiting feedback from Dinka (SG member)

• Legality of ICX - I have been on a meeting with the president of IAESTE and we agreed for next steps

• Budgeting - I reviewed budgets for LCs • Conference management - Together with

Dženi I reviewed JD for Conference manager and Agenda manager

• AFM - session creation

MCVP TM&LCD • AFM - agenda management, meetings with facilitators, session creation, communication with OCP and CM, AFM delivery, AFM report, outputs, wrap-up • APEDOG - final changes in the system and manual, communication with apedog administrators in hope they will help me • ZG LTS - agenda creation and management, communication with facis and chair, • ZG support - interview for TM coordinator, assessment support, • WLDC - reasearch on past WLDCs, preparations for the agenda • RECRUITMENT - functional time on AFM was used to revise the interviews and assessment, project simulation - new version, common tracking tool, VŽ LTS follow-up

Zdravo, AIESEC Hrvatska!

We just finished with AFM, the first ‘’Turn’’ of our Turning Point! And we did it successfully! WE, all of us, proved that we can co-operate and work together as long as keep each other accountable and give our BEST!

We talked about organizational culture and we designed the desired one for us! All these things that happened in this conference made me personally very happy since I have been dreaming of this moment since I applied for this position! This is only beginning of course, so we are not settling down but we are aware that we still to work a lot in order to show what is the IMPACT that we want to achieve!

And as all of you know…

Winter is coming! Osijek is hosting us at our National Conference! And Varazdin is showing us its business side with hosting Y2B! New things, in Croatia, innovations are coming in ER side, new products are being designed and we cannot wait to see you all in Varaždin and Orahovica and design TOGETHER something BETTER and STRONGER for Croatia!

No more slow growth, WE all (MC, LCPs, EBs) committed to delivering 200 experiences!

And we can still DO IT as long as we BELIEVE in it!!

This is what we will talk about in WLDC! How can we make it happen!

With the right STRATEGIES and CULTURE!
