Being part of an AIESEC Member Committee Team is indeed a unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience. It will change your life forever. Although it is not an easy one; but as they say “nobody said it was going to be easy!”

Every day is a challenge and that’s what makes it great, full of learning, and worthwhile. It is going to be a difficult journey mostly because you will be facing yourself, your fears and beliefs; you will put your commitment and responsibility to test; you will need to get out of your comfort zone and push to change yourself, for it is only through changing ourselves, that the world can be changed!

If you are willing and ready to constantly change & challenge yourself, develop yourself & others, lead this great organization of ours, and lead a generation, then I would say you are on the right path!

Work ,Salary and VisaTransition

Virtual transition will start from the point of election/selection until before arrival.

All selected MC members are required to be in Tehran in 3rd week of June for physical transition.

Working Hours

MC works daily between 9 AM to 5 PM, from Saturdays to Wednesdays.

Office and Accommodation

So far, the MC has a rental office in the downtown of Tehran. All MC members must come with their own laptops.

Accommodation will be covered by salary. Salary

The MC VP will receive a monthly compensation of costs (the amount will be fixed after budgeting for the next term with the elected MCP). Based on current realities, it will be between 200 to 300 dollars. it’s enough to cover your food in Iran.

Working VISA

Board of AIESEC will help us to provide working visa for International MC Members.

Iran Working Visa for trade and business won’t influence your future visa to other countries.

Holiday

2-weeks holiday for Persian new year (starts from March 21)

As there will be internationals in the next MC team, the team will also consider holidays for Christmas

Introduction:MCVP OGX is responsible to drive the growth and high quality of

OGX in Iran along with raising, matching, and realization of EPs by

managing, controlling, and tracking process.

MCVP OGX is also the representative of AIESEC in Iran in AIESEC

global network for exchange portfolio and has to align AIESEC in

Iran OGX strategy with international initiatives and targets by

providing functional support and coaching for LCs.

MCVP ICX is responsible for the overall direction as well as

management of incoming GIP and GCDP in order to ensure

its growth and realization.

He/she is responsible for making new strategy and its

implementation for corporate and non-corporate sectors;

also responsible for Incoming Exchange raise, match, and

realization, establishing new peak and trying to make a

mindset of Incoming Exchange into members.

MCVP ICX is also responsible for being the representative of

AIESEC in Iran in global network for exchange portfolio as

well as for LCs in Iran in terms of supporting, coaching, and

ensuring LCs carrying out Incoming Exchange.
