Role of the MC
The Member Committee’s
role is to create and
implement strategic
direction for AIESEC in
Portugal and to lead the
entity in order to increase
the results and capacity of
the Local Committees and
overall growth of the
organization.
General ResponsibilitiesThe general responsibilities of an MC member describe the activities which are
related to the overall development of the organization, management of resources at
national level, representation of the organization internally and externally and have
a direct contribution to the local committees development.

ensure HR capacity for organizational development

• Ensure AIESEC is developing change-agents
according to the Leadership Development Model
and the Portuguese society needs
