World without borders National DT Project that aims activating

leadership among Ukrainian youth by giving them an opportunity to interact with students from all around the world, to get knowledge about leadership, youth activities in other countries, cultural education, to get an opportunity to create their own projects to make positive impact on their local society.

JDJDThe project is based on work with youth of 12-16 years old from schools and

summer camps. • To show the foreign country through presenting national traditions, food,

history, national clothes. The main goals of country presentation are to show the variety of world's cultures and to share the idea of cultural, religious tolerance.

• To run trainings on the relevant global and local topics (CSR, Ecology, Energy, Citizenship) in order to raise the awareness of young Ukrainians about positive impact they can make

• To run trainings, working groups, brainstorming to help pupils and students to identify their values, strengths and weaknesses, personal and professional goals. Develop pupils potential with the help of different psychological tools, which help to make the choice of future profession

• To organize trainings, brainstorming, learning circles with students the main idea of these events is to share the notion of leadership, proactive behaviors

Conditions:Conditions: accommodations and food (2 times minimum) are covered by program

the year, but the main realization peaks are:

RequirementsRequirements• Excellent English• Good presentation and facilitating skills• Cultural sensitivity and flexibility• Visiting of the national conference for

interns and ability to pay fee of the conference (preferred). Average fee in Ukraine is 60 $.

Skills matterSkills matter A National ET project to develop

entrepreneurial skills and cultural sensitivity of young people to have positive impact on their future actions in business sphere and so on all society.

JDJD• Preparation and delivery of practical sessions about entrepreneurship

and soft-skills helping to implement soft skills into the live of Ukrainian studenst using games, simulations, business-cases etc.

• Leading and coaching mini-projects of students-participants in terms of knowledge received during seminars. Participate in non-formal discussions with participants after lessons.

• Participation in theoretical courses about entrepreneurship and soft-skills delivered by teachers and educational partners.

• Participation on external events (press conferences, global village, national entrepreneurship conference etc.)

Duration:Duration: 6-9 weeks

Conditions:Conditions: accommodation and salary 100-125 $ which is almost the same as minimal salary in Ukraine and which is enough to cover food.

National Ecological Project

National ecological DT project is aimed to pay attention of Ukrainian youth on global ecological problems, ecological problems of Ukraine and stimulate their action through creation and realization of different ecological events.

JDJD• Work with pupils & students of Ukrainian schools and

universities, NGOs providing them education about global ecological problems, facilitate learning circles & discussions

• Facilitate preparation of presentations about ecological situation in Ukraine, provide global point of view & good case practices from intern’s home country

• Lead, facilitate and coach ecological workshops, preparation of ecological events

• Participate in the local and national ecological events in frames of the projects

We care about quality of X experiences we provide.

We are constantly improving and we believe that initiatives that we are going to implement at the nearest future will

help us to provide really unforgettable life changing experiences for interns of AIESEC in Ukraine.

Among such initiatives are:

• National Control Board. The work of the board will be directed on tracking of LCs preparation process, delivery their promises and on education of LCs and members about X quality. The team officially start work in February.

• Educational cycle ‘Ukraine is different. Explore it’. On line education for interns with the aim of help them in cultural preparation and setting correct expectations for internship. Works on monthly base. Next training in the middle of January

• Conference for interns. The main goals are to connect interns that are on internships in Ukraine, to gather feedback about internships and send them to LCs together with recommendations for improvement, to educate interns with the needed knowledge and to help them with the next steps after internships. Conference is planned for the 11-13th of February.

• Constant on-line communication platform to connect interns of AIESEC in Ukraine and to give them opportunity to share their experiences (Facebook group ‘I’m AIESEC in Ukraine intern’)
