The way we Recruit
Our profiles are carefully selected, our candidates must go through three stages to become a trainee from AIESEC UNAM.
The first stage is to attend a informative session, where they can learn more of what is AIESEC and its purpose, as well as, what is Global Citizen Programme about.
Next stage, is to go to a personal interview with OGX team, in order to know, if the candidate is suitable for the programme.
Finally our trainees must attend OPS (Outgoing Preparation Seminar).

Science
OPS-EPA-RIS Our trainees must attend to three events during their hole volunteering experience.
A. First they attend to OPS (Outgoing Preparation Seminar), where they get prepare in XPP’s and cultural shock.
B. At the same time we develop a special agenda for their parents called EPA (Encuentro de padres AIESECos) or AIESEC Meeting Parents, in which we can explain to their parents what is the NGO about and the main purpose.
C. Finally, at they journey back, we develop RIS (Reintegration Seminar), the purpose is to get a personal NPS of the quality of their internship and invite them to be part of the Local Committee.
