Yoga is a way of connecting with your inner-self by acknowledging where you are today – the here and now – the present moment.

By acknowledging the self systematically we’re able to realise our true self, a principle that can be inserted into everyday life; and is as simple as stopping for a moment and taking a deep breath, to help steady the mind and reconnect with the self.

Whilst yoga styles may vary – Vinyasa, Rocket, Yogasana, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, to name but a few – each offers something different, but the benefits are all the same; increased flexibility, strength, health, and confidence – yoga is accessible to all but everyone’s path is a their own journey.

I’m passionate about all the styles of yoga that I teach – Vinyasa, Rocket, Power, Flow & Hot Yoga. I love giving people the encouragement to try something new and explore their body’s potential through their asana practice. I steer people aware on fixating about the perfect pose and encourage people to give things a go, have fun on their mats and simply see what happens! Move – Strech – Smile!
