La Residencia I is a lodging facility with-in the campus of La Consolacion Col-lege Manila. It is situated along Mendiola Street, walking distance to Malacañang Palace and the University Belt Colleges and Universities.

It serves as a se-cond home primarily to students and personnel of LCC Manila and Mendiola Consortium Schools (CEU, San Be-da College and College of the Holy Spirit) and for other professionals working in the vicinity.

La Residencia I responds to the basic needs of students and professionals for its decent and af-fordable housing and its proximity to their school or place of work.
