August 29, 2011 AIR FRANCE To Whom It May Concern: Last August xx, 2011 our bags got lost during a flight from Manila (MNL) to Paris with a connecting flight from Hong Kong (HKG) with flight number ___& CX ___ respectively. Our bags were not recovered for about 5 days, which left us with nothing, but our personal hand carried luggage. We did not have fresh clothes to wear for a long period of time which really affected our trip to Europe. We were significantly disappointed because we definitely did not expect this to happen at all. Having said that, we were told that we would be compensated for our lost baggage. We were told to purchase clothes and other necessary items while we wait for our baggage to be found. I am now writing in response to this promise. Attached to this letter is the Inventory Form which I have filled out as well as the relevant receipts. I have also included phone bills that was incurred calling Air France to follow up on the status of our luggage. I am confident that Air France will stay true to its promise because of this unexpected and unfortunate event. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you very much! AIR FRANCE

To Whom It May Concern:

Last August xx, 2011 our bags got lost during a flight from Manila (MNL) to Paris with a connecting flight from Hong Kong (HKG) with flight number ___& CX ___ respectively.

Sincerely,

Marie Ann [email protected]
