AS The holder of this certificate shall give to the CAA FI not less than 10 days' prior notice inwriting of any intended change in the nominated post holders or in their duties.

A9 This Certificate is valid whilst the Operator holds a valid Approval Certificate .w.~~~:rrc14) issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 2042/Section A Subpart G.

A2 Any person authorised by CAA FI in that regard shall be permitted at any time to boardand fly in any aircraft operated under this certificate, and to enter and remain on theflight deck; provided that the Commander of the aircraft may refuse access to the flightdeck if, in his opinion, the safety of the aircraft would thereby be endangered.

A3 Any person appointed by CAA FI in that regard shall be permitted to board and fly in anyaircraft in which any person is given a periodical test by or on behalf of the holder of thiscertificate. This appointed person shall be permitted to witness the test and may for thatpurpose enter and remain on the flight deck; provided that the Commander of theaircraft may refuse access to the flight deck if, in his opinion, the safety of the aircraftwould thereby be endangered.

A4 The holder of this certificate shall furnish to CAA FI for examination a copy of everyoperations manual, maintenance management exposition and of all other writteninstructions in force concerning the operation of the aircraft under this certificate andsubmit any changes for examination.

AS Every flight under this certificate shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions ofthe aforesaid operations manual and instructions.

A6 The holder of this certificate shall comply with those provisions contained in EU-OPSrequirements.

A7 The Operator shall, within a reasonable time after being requested to do so by a personappointed by CAA FI, produce any document required to be stored in accordance withAppendix 1 to OPS1.1065 and shall permit an authorised person to inspect and copy anysuch document.

A1 Any person authorised by the Finnish Transport Safety Agency Trafi (CAA Finland, later:CAA FI) in that regard shall have access to any premises in the occupation or control ofthe holder of this certificate for the purpose of examining the premises and anydocument, equipment, tools material or other things of whatsoever nature, relating tothe operation of aircraft thereunder kept or used or intended to be used in connectionwith the operation of the aircraft.
