“Throughout the book we will use the term ''computer network'' to mean a collection of autonomous computersinterconnected by a single technology. Two computers are said to be interconnected if they are able to exchange

information. The connection need not be via a copper wire; fiber optics, microwaves, infrared, and communication

satellites can also be used. Networks come in many sizes, shapes and forms, as we will see later. Although it may sound

strange to some people, neither the Internet nor the World Wide Web is a computer network. By the end of this book, it

should be clear why. The quick answer is: the Internet is not a single network but a network of networks and the Web is a

distributed system that runs on top of the Internet.

There is considerable confusion in the literature between a computer network and a distributed system. The key distinction

is that in a distributed system, a collection of independent computers appears to its users as a single coherent system.

Usually, it has a single model or paradigm that it presents to the users. Often a layer of software on top of the operating

system, called middleware, is responsible for implementing this model. A well-known example of a distributed system isthe World Wide Web, in which everything looks like a document (Web page).” – Andrew Tanenbaum, Computer Networks

•Acknowledgement of a Patriot in Islamic Terms who

happened to be born in a hostile land in the West (USA

in particular) but was always fighting from within (e.g.

•The Author talks about lectures Mr. Al Awlaqi gave of

Clearness and Religious Austerity

The Accusations made by the American State

are being presented as accusations against the

American State in return, a kind of a

Boomerang in the eyes of a Western Viewer

but the Mere Truth in the eyes of those whoare Supporters of the Fundamentalist Islamist

cause or Ignorants of the events that took

place about 9 months ago.

Focus is Given on the Word ‘Jihad’

Jihad (pronounced /dʒɪˈhɑːd/; Arabic: ]جهاد dʒiˈhæːd]), an Islamic term, is a religious duty of

Muslims. In Arabic, the word jihād is a noun meaning "struggle." Jihad appears frequently in the

Qur'an and common usage as the idiomatic expression "striving in the way of Allah (al-jihad fi

sabil Allah)".[1][2] A person engaged in jihad is called a mujahid ; the plural is mujahideen. Jihad is

an important religious duty for Muslims. A minority among the Sunni scholars sometimes refer

to this duty as the sixth pillar of Islam, though it occupies no such official status.[3] In Twelver

Shi'a Islam, however, Jihad is one of the 10 Practices of the Religion.

The Text given by the Author of the Movie does not say was Mr. Al Alwaki released from the

Yemeni Prison, implying Will of God / Allah a sense given by the religious hymns playing in thebackground. Official Statements by the Yemeni Government about that matter are absent.

The Yemeni Constitution is based on the Sharia Law Recognizing the Will of God as this is known through Islam

Article (1) The Republic of Yemen is an Arab, Islamic

and independent sovereign state whose integrity is

inviolable, and no part of which may be ceded. The

people of Yemen are part of the Arab and Islamic

nation.

Article (2) Islam is the religion of the state, and Arabic

is its official language.

Article (3) Islamic Shari'ah is the source of alllegislation.

Sharia ( ;Šarīʿaشريعة [ ʃaˈriːʕa], "way" or "path") is the sacred law of Islam. Muslims believe Sharia is derived from two

primary Sources of Islamic law, namely the divine revelations set forth in the Qur'an, and the sayings and example set by

the Islamic Prophet Muhammad in the Sunnah. Fiqh (" jurisprudence") interprets and extends the application of Sharia to

questions not directly addressed in the primary sources by including secondary sources. These secondary sources usually

include the consensus of the religious scholars embodied in ijma, and analogy from the Qur'an and Sunnah through

qiyas. Shia jurists replace qiyas analogy with 'aql, or "reason".

Arabic is a Sacred Language in

the Quran.

Focus is given on the word “huge”implying the size of the Media

Corporations that have attacked Mr. Al

Awlaki in the past even though no specific

arguments or quotations are given by

these media at least at this point.

The Author of the Al Awlaqi Interview

seems to be counting on the bias of the

viewers.

The word “He” is obviously used inconjunction with the Quran the basis

where Fundamental Islam draws itspower and support and claims proper

strict interpretation.

“Who will loan to Allah a beautiful loan which Allahwill increase many fold? Allah alone can decrease and

[1] In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

[2] All praise is for Allah, the ‘Lord’ of the Worlds.

[3] The Compassionate, the Merciful.

[4] Master of the Day of Judgment.

[5] O’Allah! You Alone we worship and You Alone we call

[6] O’Allah! Guide us to The Right Way.

[7] The Way of those whom You have favored; not of

those who have earned Your

wrath, or of those who have lost The Way.” - Quran

“Do not use Allah's name in your oaths as an excuseto prevent you from dealing

justly, guarding against evil and making peace

between people; Allah hears and

knows everything.[224] Allah will not hold youaccountable for what is inadvertent in

“But for the rebellious there will be an evil resort[55] - hell, that is!

In which they will burn - the worst abode.[56] Such will it be the

reward for the wrongdoers. So they will taste scalding water, pus

[57] and other things of the same sort.[58] It will be said to the

ringleaders: "Here are your troops being thrown headlong with you.

They are not welcomed here; for they are going to burn in thehellfire.[59] The followers shall say to their misguided leaders: "But

you! There is no welcome for you either! It was you who have

brought us to this end. Such an evil abode.”- Quran

“During the prayer say: "Lord! Make my entrance, the

entrance with truth and make my exit, the exit with truth

and grant me a supportingauthority from your presence;"[80] and declare, "The Truth

has come and falsehood

has vanished, for falsehood by its nature is bound to

perish."[81] We have revealed

the Qur’an which is a healing and a mercy to the believers,

while to the wrongdoers it

adds nothing but loss.” - Quran

“Praise be to Allah Who has revealed the Book to His servant and did not make

it complicated.[1] It is straightforward so that He may warn about the terrible

punishment for the unbelievers from Him and give good news to the believers

who do good deeds that they shall have a goodly reward,[2] which they will

enjoy forever.[3]

Further to warn those who say "Allah has begotten a son."[4] They have no

knowledge about it, nor did their forefathers, this is a monstrous word that

comes from their mouths. They speak nothing but a lie.[5] O Muhammad! You

probably will kill yourself in grief over them, if they do not believe in this.[6]” -

Quran

“ He makes Satan’s interjections a temptation for those

whose hearts suffer from the disease of hypocrisy and whose hearts are hardened - that’s why the wrongdoers are

in such an extreme dissension[53] - so that those who are

endowed with knowledge may realize that this (Qur’an) isthe Truth from your Lord and thus believe in it and humble

their hearts towards Him, and surely Allah will guide the

believers to the Straight Way.[54]” - Quran

“"Allah is surely able to send down a Sign; but most of them do not understandthe wisdom behind it."[37] If you really want to see the signs of Allah, just

look at any animal that walks upon the earth and any bird that flies in the air;

they too are the communities like you. We have not left out anything from the

Book in determining the courses of their lives. They all shall be gathered before

their Lord.[38] Those who deny Our Revelations are deaf and dumb, living inmany layers of darkness. Allah confounds whom He will, and guides to the

Right Way whom He pleases.[39] Ask them to think carefully and answer:

"When you face a disaster or the last Hour approaches you, do you call for help

anyone other than Allah? Answer me if you are truthful!"-Quran

“ The people of the A'raf (heights) will call to certain men

(famous personalities from among the inmates of Hell)

whom they will recognize by their features and say:

"Have you found out that neither your riches nor your

arrogant pride have availed

you?[48].” – Quran

“…Islamic legal interpretation, or fiqh, and there can be
