How can I help my child achieve their
potentials?
1- Check Student’s record book and ClassDojo account daily.
2-Communicate with their teacher. 3- When we (teacher/admin)
complain to you, take it seriously and have a consequence in place.
4- Don’t forget to remind them the encouragement day!
5- Show them that you have a responsibility to help them, and
that is why you need to check their progress.
6- Manage Home time for them and make sure they have a daily
Qur’an time of minimum 45 minutes, but with outcome.
7- Make sure they listen to Sh. Mohmoud Khalil Alhusary. You can set 5 repeats of their lesson for them
from the Madarasah website.
8- Bush them to do more than their target every week and with
every subject.
9-Know your child’s hifd time. Some can easily capture the page’s picture
and visualise it when on test, but within few hours can’t even pass half
of it! 10- Make sure they memorise right.
Encourage them to look at what they are reading and to place a finger over
it.

Once the teacher RUNS OUT of patience with the child, teacher STARTS to talk to
Parents, ONCE and TWICE but NOT THREE times!

OFFICE STAGE 1 •RULES •NO FRIENDSHIP
•Parents Called straight with: a. Reminding them child’s teacher’s
meetings with them. b. One final chance is given to them
not to the child. c. Full information about the next
stages.
OFFICE STAGE 2 •Detention Class, IS NOT part of the normal Madarasah, and is intended to check if child could be managed. •Minimum of 2 hours and Maximum of 10
hours are allowed, but £5 per hour should be paid in advance each day in detention
•Child’s actions and behaviour will determine when to stop detention. •If child reaches 10 hours with no effective change, then Office stage 3
OFFICE STAGE 3 •Decision Stage •Child can not be taken back to normal class!.
•Child’s parents will be asked for: • One of them sitting with child and manage him/her while in class. • Or they are willing to pay £5 per hour for a special class, with no more than 5 other students. • Or 3 months exclusion with strict instructions parents must fill daily.
