JENGAN is a well-established industrial company, specialized in designing and manufacturing of generator sets, dewatering pumps and tower lights.

JENGAN aims to be a major player in the Middle East power generation market and water pumping systems market.

The range in Al Sanad covers generator sets from 450 to 2250 kVA (50/60 Hz) suitable for prime, baseload and stand by applications.

JENGAN also provides customized products (built as per specification) for any complex power requirements.

LEADING THE WAY IN POWER GENERATION

JENGAN family started its business in Dubai, back in the early 1950s by trading in diesel engines and parts. Over the years trading in agricultural and construction related products developed in range and in volume.

The business was further enlarged by opening branches in nearby geographical areas and starting new business in designing and manufacturing of water and waste water pumping systems.

Generator sets have been a major product that was dealt in by JENGAN LLC and its sister companies for years, either by trading, renting out or repairing and servicing.

Al Sanad range is diesel engine powered generator set in compliance with ISO 8528 available in 14 ratings that ranges from 450 to 2500 kVA in 50 Hz and 520 - 2500 kVA in 60Hz.This range is made using Mitsubishi diesel engine and Marelli Motori or Mecc-Alte alternator. This power generating set is fully designed and integrated power generation system that provides optimum and reliable performance for stationary standby and prime applications.

The packaged combination of diesel engine, an alternator and various ancillary devices such as base, sound attenuation canopy, control systems, circuit breakers, jacket water heaters, starting systems, etc., is referred to as a generating set or a genset for short. Diesel generating sets are used in places without connection to the power grid or as emergency power-supply if the grid fails. Many diesel generators have a secondary function of feeding power to utility grids either during peak periods, or periods when there is a shortage of power generation. Generating sets are selected based on the load they are intended to supply power for, taking into account the type of load, i.e. emergency or for continuous power, and the size of the load, and size of any motors to be started which is normally the critical parameter.

In addition to our parts center at our manufacturing facility in Fujairah, we have established an additional parts center in Dubai to ensure a quick supply to our customers in the region.

We conduct standard or customized training programs on generator sets selection, operation, control modules, maintenance and repair...etc. These programs are dedicated for our distributors and customers and could cover specific application.

Our modern fully equipped training facility is located at our manufacturing plant in Fujairah and would be glad to organize training sessions.

We offer standard warranty and could arrange for extended warranty plan incase of specific requirement. Our distributors world wide would:

- Provide you with full & comprehensive support on our products.

- Provide you with immediate coverage.

- Repair all failures that are a result of defects in materials or workmanship by JENGAN, or arrange for OEM warranty service if the failed component is from another manufacturer, within the warranty period.

AUTOMATIC PARALLELING SYSTEMS

JENGAN INDUSTRIAL EST. is one of the leading manufacturers of intgerated systems designed to work as a whole whether to use as a prime or standby power source. Such systems may include power generators, transfer switches and paralleling switch gears with load demand, load sharing, load management and load shedding features.

These paralleling systems have proved their reliability, flexibility and user- friendliness in many existing projects as a part of prime power source (24 hours/day) delivered and serviced by JENGAN after sales and technical support team.

As a part of our production integration we provide our customers with customized Automatic Transfer Switches using up to date microprocessor digital control technology to give them dependable, reliable, fast transferring between sources and safe switches for different applications and current ratings.
