Easily shreds and mixes the land with the best form and designed blades. Thanks to its powerful and robust blades, it is possible to work successfully in all kinds of soil conditions.

A friction clutch system used in Alabora Mini Series Rotary Tiller models prevents sudden loads from the tractor from damaging the transmission during the take-off of the tail shaft. Long- lasting and safe operation is provided at this vault.

Thanks to the hydraulic shift system provided on the hydraulic shift mini type rotovators, the operator is able to get away from the tractor and prevent the machine from hindering the safe and comfortable working.

In Mini Series models, the rotator has toothed feet that adjust the sinking depth to the soil.

The size of the soil breaking can be adjusted with the adjustable cover opening.

Alabora orchard type rotary tillers has equipped with the friction clutch system to prevent damage to the transmission by sudden overload from the tractor. The long-lasting and safe usage are provided with this system.

Hisarlar Alabora Orchard Type Rotary Tillers' strong and durable blades are produced with the unique design and the rigid materials to work successfully in all kinds of soil conditions and it easily shreds and mixes the soil.

Hisarlar provides 4-speed gearbox as a standard feature to work at different rotor speeds by changing the gears and the 4-speed gearbox increases productivity and reduces fuel consumption. 1st gear: 19-16 / 2nd gear: 18-17 / 3rd gear 17-18 / 4th gear 16-19

Alabora orchard type rotary tillers model with the sensor system is designed especially for the orchards to tillage between trees easily. When any obstacles are encountered during the operation, all obstacles are automatically overcome by the piston moving with the sensors which allows the operator to work comfortably and easily.

The tailgate on Alabora Orchard Type Rotary Tillers is adjustable. Open tailgate a more will allow larger soil clods to come out by keeping the soil less inside the machine, providing coarse soil and a less level surface.

Hisarlar orchard type rotary tillers has been designed as heavy duty to work at all kind of conditions.

Alabora orchard type hydraulic shift models provide to the operator comfortable usage even in long hours by the operator is able to overcome the obstacles easily from inside the tractor cab while operating it thanks to hydraulic shift system.

Thanks to the friction clutch system used inupright models, sudden loads from the tractor during transmission of the tailpipe are prevented from damaging the transmission. Long-lasting and safe operation is provided at this vault.

Thanks to the 2-speed gearbox used in upright rotators, it is possible to work at different rotor speeds by changing gear pairs in the gearbox.

It has a strong hull structure and is resistant to harsh soil conditions.

The packer rollers provided in the upright rotovators prevent the soil from accumulating between the teeth by means of the strip-pers on them. The working depth of the rotator is easily adjusted by the pin system located on the side arms of the roller.

With its adjustable depth feature, it is designed to process the soil to the desired depth and prepare the most suitable seed bed.

Thanks to its sturdy blades and powerful blade bed, it offers high tillage performance even in the most demanding soil conditions.

Working depth can be adjusted easily while driving thanks to the hydraulic pistons in the Deep Chisel models to saving time and labour force.

It has a strong hull structure and it is resistant to harsh soil conditions.

Deep Chisel models have spike roller to crack soil cloud which was used by integrated chisel shanks. Roller bearings are designed to handle in even hard conditions.

Hisarlar Deep Chisels' shank and digger tip are designed as Light-Medium-Heavy according to working conditions. The digging tips are made of 40-50 HRc hard steel. Shanks of Deep Chisel models are designed with double safety bolts and equipped with side scraper blades for heavy and stony soil conditions.

Deep Chisels have an adjustable three-point linkage system with three different height settings.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------For Heavy Type Models, it is possible to use 560mm diameter or 660mm diameter discs as optional instead of 610mm diameter standart discs.The bearing covers provide long working life to user and by Hisarlar special design it provides heavy duty using experience.

Hisarlar Disc harrows provides long working life by it’s heavy duty designed structure.

For Light Type Models, No need to lubricate disc bearing covers, the assembly and disassembly operations are easier because of special design, By this way, Hisarlar Disc Harrows save time of user.According to customer request, it is possible to use 510mm diameter discs or 610mm diameter discs as optional instead of 560mm diameter standard discs.

Hisarlar Disc Harrows has standard hydraulic pistons to adjust roller position during soil tilling. Also it is possible to adjust working depth by this pistons.

The teeths of the roller has been produced from 8mm thickness steel. This provides long working life and less defect because of roller.

The hitch points have been designed as heavy duty, for this reason it provides less metal elongation and less force on connections and welding joints.

It is possible to change working angle of 2 disc battery with hydraulic system. The batteries turn opposite side of each other. It is possible to change working angle up to 40°. During the working it blocks any stress on hydraulic system by mechanical locking mechanism.

There are 2 filling point on the main chassis and battery profiles to fill with any kind of liquid to increase weight in case of need for different kind soils.

The shafts of the discs has been made from “surface hardened steel” which hardness is 44 HRC. With surface hardning operation, the mechanical resistance has been increased. Since the hardening is on only surface, still the part is flexible.

Additional towbar connection point has been added to rear side of the machine to increase transfer capability of the user.

It is possible to change angle and center point of the towbar to provide flexible using for different kind of lands.

With the special bearing housing has been designed by Hisarlar RD center. The bearing covers are without any liquid lubricant therefore no need to do any maintenance.

Ø 61cm discs are standard for Hisarlar Goble Disc Harrows. Ø51cm, Ø56cm and Ø66cm discs are optional. The front discs has been designed as serrated to increase tilling capability of the machine.

The 550mm diameter cage rollers which is standard for KV9 series has 6pcs supporter sheet between two sides. The serrated lines are mounted on AISI 1040 45mm diameter shaft and serrated lines thickneses are 8mm to provide long working life for heavy duty conditions.

The hydraulic piston for KV9 series is optional feature. It provides easy working depth adjustment during the tillage.

The knife ring rollers which is standard for KV11 series has 20pcs and 540mm diameter discs to shred clouds. The disks are mounted on AISI 1040 45mm diameter shaft.

The bearing housing are specially designed by Hisarlar RD center. By this way the working life is longer than other standard components in market.

The digger parts has been made from 30MnB5 boron alloy of the steel which is in EN 10083-3: 2006 standard. By this way it provides long working life. Also Hisarlar brand cultivators overturn the soil by it's special bended design.

The single-tubed sowing system provides you maximum yield, especially on mellow and wet soil.

SINGLE-TUBED SOWING SYSTEM

The fertilizer and the seed are separated from the different tubes and the seeds are sowing about 2 cm above the fertilizer which is ideal distance both prevent the loses and while the seed has sprouted the seed yield increases thanks to the design of the double-tubed sowing system.

The advantages of Hisarlar mechanical seed drills are;-Seeds and fertilizer does not accumulate in the "V" type tank,-After the sowing, the remaining fertilizer and seeds inside the "V" type tank are cleaned easily thanks to "discharging handles".-It is easy to sowing with adjusting intended immersion depth thanks to "Hydraulic Depth Settings".-As a standard feature; drawbar system allows operator to work as trailed type or the operator is also able to work as mounted type operating by 3 point linkage without using drawbar system.-"Double ball bearing" on the sowing discs.

The friction clucth system used in Shredder Machines prevents sudden loads from the tractor from damaging the gearbox during the take-off of the tail shaft. Long-lasting and safe operation is provided at this vault.

Thanks to the sieve at the back of the machine, the branches continue to shatter until they reach the size of the sieve.

The feeder rotor, which runs counter to its propulsion directi-on and is driven by the hydromo-tor, quickly picks up large branch parts into the machine thanks to the powerful fingers on it and allows for the enrichment of the soil with organic materials with high fragmentation efficiency.

It is possible to have the comfort you desire while working, thanks to the forward and backward running ability of the Shredder Machines.

The feeder rotor movement is located on the left side of the machine with a hydromotor. The rotor, on which the hammer blades are located, takes the movement from the tailwheel shaft of the tractor, which helps to break up large branch parts easily.

Hisarlar provides a tool box with needed tools for any kind of maintenance, and a high quality document cover as standart with Hisarlar horizontal feed mixers. Also the a multipurpose cabined has been designed on Hisarlar horizontal feed mixers to provide usefulness.

Digital weighing system with a ration program provides precise adjustment of the intended feed quantity. Weighing system is optional for Hisarlar horizontal feed mixer.

Hisarlar Horizontal Feed Mixers are equipped with the double auger and knives on the auger that is produced special alloyed and heat-treated materials. The augers and blades are specially produced for the increase of working productivity. Therefore, the feeds are consumed without discrimination by cattle due to homogeneously mixed feeds. The special designed inovative mixing and cutting system provides %50 energy consumption and long life.

Bucket on the machine is speci-ally designed for to use as a hydraulic bucket via 2 pistons to loading materials into the feed mixer. Thus, the efficiency of the workforce is increased.
