AlarmScout 961/962 (FM) AlarmScout 961/962 (FM) The AlarmScout 961/962 series are used to detect high or low level switch points in a broad range of viscous to light products. Switch points can be used for safety functions such as alarm or trip. Pulsed signal technology provides superior performance in applications suffering from foam or turbulence. Installation is easy and straightforward: no configuration or commissioning needed. The AlarmScout 961 has a tip sensitive set-point. The AlarmScout 962 offers 2 set-points on the same transducer, a tip sensitive set-point and a second set-point via a flow- through upper gap. The unit is used for level alarm or to control a pump in an auto fill/empty mode. The AlarmScout 961/962 has no moving parts and is equipped with advanced diagnostics that continuously check the trans- ducer and electronics, even in submerged condition. Both the AlarmScouts can be used in SIL-2 rated loops.

The AlarmScout 961/962 series are used to detect high or low level switch points in a broad range of viscous to light products. Switch points can be used for safety functions such as alarm or trip.
