how we conformed/developed these conventions
Central image of MiraJax
Track list positioned on the back panel – our tracks mostly correlate with the
theme of LIGHTS which can also be seen in the album title and the images
featuring neon lights. If not, then they are related to disruption or the
contemporary
Synergy between front and back panel- MiraJax
repeated on both panels and
background image stretched across
both panels
MiraJax and album title on front panel – we made the artist name
larger due to it being a debut album so we
needed to promote the
artist first

Our inside panels are simplistic which we noticed was conventional for the Electropop genre. We used an image which harmonized the background image on
the front panels; they were both taken in the same location. As well as this, we used MiraJax as the focal image on the inside as well as the front which tied both sides together. The neon lights theme is also repeated on the inside panels. We decided to leave the cd part of the inside panel clear, so nothing would obstruct the images of MiraJax. The colour scheme is extremely similar to the front panel colour scheme and we manipulated areas of the image as we did on the front in
order to enhance certain aspects e.g lights.
