In 2011 the APS Board of Education acquired 220 acres for following purposes: Physical Education Complex F t Hi h S h l Future High School Future K‐8 School

Construction of the Physical Education Complex is underway. Due to lack of amenities in the area APS has to install off‐siteDue to lack of amenities in the area, APS has to install off site infrastructure such as Hydrology/Roadways/ storm drainage/ sidewalk sewer/ water connections

All the above has to be completed before facilities can be constructed/used on the site

The project funding had previously been delayed pending the l ti f th CMP R i iti ti & l bcompletion of the CMP Reprioritization process & approval by

the Capital Master Plan Review Committee/Board of Education.
