DESIGN & MANUFACTUREnnovation of design and precisionin manufacture ensure that all,

products perform in the field to themaximum. Product design is a critical

aspect of our Quality System, and detailed design standards are used inconjunction with Computer Aided Design (CAD) techniques to ensureconsistency of output. A highly skilled workforce with appreciation ofQuality at all levels is responsible for product control at every stage ofmanufacture.

We manufacture INTERNAL (cutting through components) andSURFACE (cutting across a componentssurface(s)) BROACHES. Typical internalapplications include gears, splines,serrations, most polygons, keyways,ratchets, plain bores, etc. Surfacebroaching applications are virtuallylimitless. There is no machining processto compete with a correctly designed andimplemented broaching operation.

The full range of conventional andpowder metallurgy steels withappropriate surface treatments (e.g. TiN)are used to provide an extensivecombination of broach materials.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT both before andafter sale ensure that all contracts arecorrectly specified and that results from use provide feedback for futureresearch and development.
