Make the perfect Easter Sangria

You will need:1 bottle chilled Rosé1/4 cup (60ml) Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, or Cointreau2 tablespoons brandy1 cup (200g) halved seedless grapes1 cup (180g) quartered strawberries1-2 peaches (peeled) or nectarines, slicedOptional: 1-2 tablespoons sugar1 cup (250ml) chilled sparkling water

Method: 1. Pour the Rosé into a pitcher.

2. Stir in the Triple Sec, brandy and the fruit. Taste, and add sugar, if desired.

3. Chill for a few hours. Right before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher, then pour the sangria into glasses and add ice.
